"For the non-fussy members of the family, the food variety was great although the themed nights rotate weekly so you may have the same options again if you are there for more than 7 days. Even though there was plain salad, chips, plain pasta, pizza - the fussy members of the family did not eat very much :( For breakfast, there was something for everyone. We went all inclusive to give the kids flexibility so they had a lot of chips/burgers/pizza/onion rings from the lunch cabinet in the pool bar - this suited them and they were able to help themselves. Rooms were big and comfortable although the sofa bed was too hard for the kids - we did request a mattress topper which was provided (although it had a weird scratchy top so we used the spare duvets to cover that) Guests do put towels down on sunbeds from 9am but we did managed to get them, even if it was around the kids pool - this was fine as it was not far to the large pool and actually pretty peaceful. The bar in the evening was nice but service was slow, probably not enough staff - could it have been to reduce the no. of all inclusive drinks provided? maybe.... Good location - 10 mins walk to aqua park in one direction, 10 mins to Corralejo centre the other - lots of shops, bars and restaurants to look at on the way."

"The location of the hotel isn’t very ideal. It’s out the way of the beach and main shops. The hotel itself is dirty. There is dirt sludge all around the pool and the frame and steps to the water slides. The rooms are uncomfortable and very outdated and in need of repair. The food is terrible for an all inclusive. Seems to be very repetitive with the same things every night. The floors in the restaurant and extremely slippery and the flooring around the pool and can get very hot to the point I burnt a piece of on the bottoms of my foot. They have a policy to not reserve sun beds but there all gone the night before. Staff at the reception are not very helpful and can be very rude in general. Was told the rooms would be cleaned on day 2 and 4 of stay but all they did was make the bed with the same sweaty sheets and mop the dirt around the room. The beds are camp beds and very uncomfortable. The mattress are old and some dirty needing new ones. They put covers over to hide it all. The shower plug is loose and comes off, making it dangerous. In general I wouldn’t put this above a 2 star at best. Not a place we will be visiting again. Holiday was ruined with lack of sleep on uncomfortable camp beds, Not a nice place"

"This was our first family holiday together with my wife and 8 month old son! The hotel was brilliant, the staff were very welcoming and very engaging at meal times and around the hotel! The room was perfect and the food was different each night and we were able to mash up the food options for our son (breakfast and dinner not so much the lunch options) Instant access to the beach, 3 swimming pools with a great atmosphere. All other residents were nice and engaging with our son! One head up get down early to put your towel down! Would highly recommend and a 15/20mins walk to the main town area. We will be back for sure!"

"Honest review and things to be aware of below ✈️ hotel is on the flight path and planes fly over every 10mins or so during the day 28euro to rent safe for the week feels excessive and unnecessary as others have said. Yes its in the small print, but should be included. equally pool towels. Annoying having to leave a 30euro cash deposit and can only change them once during your stay. Bring your own. the hotel say they have rules about reserving sunbeds but dont enforce them which is annoying. there are no outside bars or entertainment. Everything is indoors except for a couple of nights when it moved to the patio. I wish I'd have paid more attention to this before booking. However at night it is windy still and a light cardigan or hoodie is needed. (June) basically one buffet restaurant for all meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner which is repetitive. Food decent choice but very average. Meat and fish either over or undercooked and none great quality. ☕️coffee is truly awful *and im not usually fussy on this but I couldn't drink it. we had one meal in the 'Mexican' which is basically the poolside bar. It was average. Daughter was upset the sorbet had alcohol in it (didnt say on menu) so couldn't have it. No kid options here. often just one bar tender serving ⛱️the beach is nice, but its very windy, too windy for us to sit. (Windspeed around 20) Kids club was on twice daily. 10.30am til 12.45pm or 3pm until 4.30pm. Daughter went twice and enjoyed it. Entertainment team were good Balinese beds are an extra 10euro so mostly sit empty. Adult ony section is good, shame thats the only place there are hammocks ‍♀️pools are cold except for kids pool Room paid premium for sea view which was worthwhile. Air-conditioning was decent (once we got it fixed) but couple of lights didn't work and not enough wardrobe space. Bathroom was good size and shower great. There was shower gel and shampoo but no conditioner. Hair dryer okay but one where you have to keep button pressed. despite what other reviews say, they do turndown the beds and mop the floor daily. ☀️most rooms get the morning sun only Overall we enjoyed our stay, and its decent value for what we paid, but I wouldn't return. Hotel is tired and in need of tlc"

"Arrived on a Sunday key is in a safe box by the front door. Reception work 10 -2 Monday to Saturday. Very helpful and friendly staff. Our studio was on the first floor , via stairs and lift, at the rear facing the village and across to the old harbour. With a decent size balcony looking out accriss to opposite apartments Large clean and comfortable. Nearly everything is provided even mop and broom. Washing up liquid, sponge, and clothes. No oven, the combination microwave has no removable shelf, so the grill section can't really be used. The bath is of a normal size, but the water heater only supplied enough hot water for half a bath, and then you wait for it to heat up to fill the bath up. Television is small and spanish channels only. No room safe. They don't tell you until you read the notice in the room about the intermittent building work between 10 and 4 at the rear of the building. We were lucky in the 2 weeks no work was done. During certain wind conditions, there is a smell of sewage from the bathroom, which they know about. BE CAREFUL WITH THE HAIR DRYER SEE PICTURES The bed has an annoying squeak when you turn over. The one thing we found is the lack of an information sheet to tell you things like towel changes, bedding changes... they hang them on the outside of your door for you to do yourself , maybe it's their interpretation of independent holidays. The pool is absolutely freezing, and the steps in and out of it are loose, which they know about. The safety Lifebouy ring is hidden out of view, with no availability of cushions for the sunloungers. There is a paid launderette on the lower floor, and the rubbish bins are also down there, but again, no one tells you unless you ask. There is no cafe yet it's signed on the wall by reception. If you need a walk-in shower, ask when you book. To sum up, yes, i would go again. It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and a few tweaks it would achieve 10 out of 10 . I mark it as 9 ... until the new apartments are built behind the block."
