Atour Hotels in Chengdu

After our visit to Sanxingdui, we arrived in Chengdu. My auntie expressed a wish to explore the city center, so I suggested the Atour IFS hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient, right next to the Provincial Daily Newspaper Building. Step out, turn right, and a short walk takes you directly to the iconic climbing panda sculpture on Chunxi Road – super convenient! We booked a Jimu Twin Room and were assigned a corner room on the 17th, the top floor. It was spacious and surprisingly quiet. We even slept with the windows open without using the A/C, and it wasn't noisy at all. The breakfast spread was wonderfully abundant – I truly ate my fill! After a delightful lunch of Taode Claypot outside, we returned for a quick nap, then checked out just in time to catch our flight. Everything flowed perfectly. The friendly receptionist even presented us with a panda souvenir, which was a lovely touch and a great memory! Overall, Chengdu is a city well worth revisiting for its delicious food and fantastic attractions. We will definitely be staying at Atour IFS again!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right near Chunxi Road. It's conveniently close to the airport shuttle, IFC, and tourist bus stops. There are also plenty of dining options in the vicinity. The room was a bit on the small side, but the pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and it was quite quiet. The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi. Despite being on the 7th floor and not a corner room, the Wi-Fi frequently failed to connect. After I reported the issue, the staff were incredibly quick to assist. Their proactive approach to addressing guest concerns truly deserves commendation. Unfortunately, even after their prompt intervention, the Wi-Fi remained problematic. It was almost impossible to get a connection, and I'm unsure why.

This has been our 3rd time choosing ATour as our accommodation in China. We arrived very early in the morning with no vacant room allowed for early check-in. But the staffs working during that shift was very helpful to prioritize room, she has been trying her best to make our arrival at the most comfortable by serving hot tea and telling us to rest at the sofa area as outside is cold. Also we must mention all staffs at every shift including the senior are friendly and helpful eg keeping our parcels and anything we need like refrigeratiing services. Keep it up! This particular outlet also providing better pillows and comfortable linen, laundry, light supper, all time drinking water, enough space for storage in the room, good lighting, consistent water heating & good water pressure. Lift services are efficient too. If eating to much, just need to lose some weight in the well equipped gym. Just one more thing to consider long term improvement is consider to install bidet or washlet for better hygiene care. Need to say, not all ATour smells good, luckily this one does smell good. Is the smell important? It is very important to me, I won't appreciate lobby with sweat/ cigarettes/ food smells. I hope al ATour chain will practice this lobby scent. Moreover, some Atour Select properties offer additional facilities such as AV rooms, fitness centers, and self-service laundries, addressing a variety of guest requirements. **Exceptional Dining:** The breakfast spread is rich and varied, offering a delightful mix of Western and Chinese cuisines prepared with fresh ingredients. Some hotels even include local specialty breakfast items. What's more, guests can enjoy complimentary late-night snacks every evening, such as comforting millet porridge, savory char siu buns, and pickled vegetables, which are highly popular and much-loved by visitors.

There are many restaurants nearby, and the subway station is right across from the hotel, making it very convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy. However, the soundproofing was terrible! The noise from people walking in the hallway and doors opening and closing were no big deal, but the sound of someone dragging a bench upstairs in the middle of the night was like thunder exploding overhead! If it wasn't carpet, why didn't the bench legs have cushions?

Atour Hotel is a chain hotel that our family often chooses to stay in, and it is no exception when visiting Chengdu. This hotel came highly recommended by a colleague, and upon arrival, the staff were incredibly welcoming. They proactively offered tea, patiently answered all our questions, and even recommended some great local spots for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. The breakfast spread was excellent, surprisingly even featuring Bobo Chicken! What's more, the late-night self-service canteen offered two types of hot porridge, which was incredibly soothing for a stomach that had just indulged in hotpot. Even with our tight schedule, the staff went above and beyond by helping us pack our luggage and moving it to the front desk. This thoughtful gesture was truly heartwarming. Chengdu truly lives up to its reputation as a city worth revisiting countless times – there's so much delicious food and so many fun things to do; two days simply weren't enough! Atour Hotel's prime location in Taikoo Li makes getting around incredibly convenient, and coupled with their thoughtful service, it's a place I can't recommend enough!

As always, Atour's service is excellent and reliable. All the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The rooms were spotless. The hotel offers fantastic views and is very tastefully decorated. The surrounding area has plenty of delicious food options, and Chunxi Road is also very close. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery. I'll definitely choose this Atour again on my next visit to Chengdu.

This time I came to Chengdu on a business trip and chose to stay at Chengdu Wuhou West Zhigu Atour Hotel. The experience was great! The hotel is located outside the West Third Ring Road, and it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun around it. It is close to the industrial park and the Science and Technology City, and is also close to the Wuhou New City Park. It is only a 5-minute walk from the Jituo Bridge Station of Metro Line 9/Line 17, so you can travel without worries. The room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is very clean. The bedding is very comfortable. I didn't wake up for two nights of sleep. It is worthy of Atour's signature. The breakfast is rich in variety, nutritious and delicious. The hotel also has a super large bookstore, where you can relax when you are tired of shopping. I am really satisfied with it as a whole. I will choose it next time I come!
