MMisifandeluo77The hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil atmosphere. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom facilities are clean and functional. The hotel's tea tasting and incense making activities are quite enjoyable. The front desk staff, especially the young lady with the lotus brooch, was attentive and polite. Our guide to Du Fu's Thatched Cottage was also very lovely. The room has good natural light and excellent soundproofing. Highly recommended!

RRitayuanzhengFirst time staying at the Hyatt Centric Chengdu, and the overall experience was fantastic! The hotel entrance is quite unique, with vintage bicycles, red brick walls, and metal accents. The concierge was super friendly and enthusiastic, proactively helping with my luggage and guiding me to the 7th floor for check-in.
Stepping out of the elevator on the 7th-floor lobby, my eyes lit up. The metal art tree is visually stunning, and there's a cute dog named Lucky! The front desk staff provided detailed information about breakfast times, the gym, and other hotel amenities during check-in. The room was a good size, well-laid-out, and had a nice view! It was also thoroughly cleaned. The beef noodles at breakfast were delicious. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserFive-star review! Iām truly impressed with my stay at Xishu Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether itās cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldnāt find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time Iām in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: Perfect for a relaxing hot spring getaway. There are several small pools for soaking, nothing fancy, but they have all the essentials. The strong sulfur smell suggests it's natural hot spring water. The breakfast selection was also decent.
Service: The service attitude was excellent, the front desk lady even helped me with my luggage, thumbs up!

GGuest UserThey upgraded our room for free and even gave us a complimentary breakfast! The noodles at the restaurant were delicious. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation and plenty of food options nearby. Wenshu Monastery is just a bike ride away. The cleaning staff was incredibly efficient! Plus, there's free afternoon tea and a late-night snack, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. This hotel offers great value for money!

It's very close to Chunxi Road with convenient transportation. The breakfast was also great, offering authentic Chengdu specialties. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

MM637684****We booked a quad room, and the service was excellent! The only thing that could be improved is the hot water for the shower; it wasn't hot enough. Overall, we were very satisfied. A big thank you to the front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, for their superb service.

GGuest UserGreat hostel in a central location, with metro nearby too. Amazing food streets nearby! Really loved the free dumpling making class and bar with loads of craft beers. Our private room was small but nice. Rooftop too! And cheap laundry. Plus loads of information about things to do and tours in Chengdu which is super helpful. English speaking reception.

Air conditioner: when I lower down the temperature it feels like the aircon was off. But luckily itās not getting hot during midnight so I assume itās still on.
Toilet bowl: flush immediately automatically when you stand up.
Service was okay normal.
Nearby a lot of eateries. Which is good and if you reach hotel late night, supper is very good at the nearby street.
Didi was not able to reach hotel main door, so you need to roll you luggage for one alley distance to reach the hotel.
