GGuest UserFirst off, the moment you step inside, the soothing aroma and soft lighting immediately put you at ease – it's truly wonderful! I arrived in the early hours, but the warm and efficient welcome from the staff member made my first impression of Chengdu absolutely delightful.
The overall atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The thoughtful details like wet wipes and welcome tea upon check-in were much appreciated. I had high expectations for the room when I booked, as the pictures showcased a very stylish design, and it absolutely lived up to them! The design is wonderfully comfortable, featuring Wabi-sabi inspired lighting and perfectly chosen furniture.
Despite its city location with convenient access to nearby attractions, the guesthouse remains surprisingly peaceful, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the bustling energy of Chengdu.
And let's talk about the food! Breakfast was simply delicious. The restaurant itself boasts a fantastic ambiance that instantly whets your appetite. The beef noodles paired with appetizers were a perfect start to the day.
I must also commend their in-house travel photography service. The photographer was incredibly professional; you just follow her lead for poses. A tip for future guests: the guesthouse offers superb photo opportunities, so do bring some nice outfits for amazing shots! They genuinely understand the importance of creating memorable and emotionally satisfying experiences for their guests, and they excel at it.
In conclusion, this guesthouse was a delightful surprise. It offers exceptional value for money; from the impeccable service to the comfortable room amenities and delicious meals, every aspect makes your stay completely worthwhile. Highly, highly recommended!

During the National Day holiday, I went hiking with friends in the surrounding area. Our housekeeper, Charlie, added us on WeChat before check-in and gave us a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. He was incredibly responsive, recommending hiking routes, brazier barbecue, and cafes in advance. He was always there for us! Ocean Springs couldn't be without Charlie! MGallery by Sofitel couldn't be without Charlie, a truly fascinating soul. The general manager, please stop grinding your burritos and remember to add chicken drumsticks, chicken drumsticks, and chicken drumsticks. Important things to say three times. The room cleanliness was excellent. As for any other flaws, I drank the freshly squeezed juice Charlie provided, so I won't mention them again.
The natural hot springs were very pleasant, not boiled water. The front desk lady at the hot springs was also very nice. The sliced noodles for breakfast were delicious. The general manager was very thoughtful in grinding fresh tortillas, and the taste was quite good. The room was quiet, and I slept well. It was a wonderful escape from the crowds.
Getting married was very convenient, with the registration office right at the door.
Recharging is complete. I wish you a happy National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival.

Upon arrival, the French-style castle-style exterior captivated me; I felt like I'd been transported to Europe. Entering the lobby, I was struck by the opulent decor, exquisite details, and artistic flair—perfect for photo ops. During check-in, the front desk staff was warm and attentive, not only swiftly processing my paperwork but also offering recommendations for nearby attractions. 🌈🧋
The room was absolutely amazing—spacious, bright, and clean. The bedding was incredibly soft, and I slept incredibly well. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were high-quality. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the minibar added a touch of excitement to my stay. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, and the freshly made beef noodles were incredible! 🧋
The hotel is conveniently located for travel, dining, and shopping. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu! 🌈

The lobby is magnificent and eye-catching. The waiters are polite and enthusiastic, and they are courteous and relieve guests' worries. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. XXTyaEvery time I come to Chengdu for business, I stay here. I've always booked here and have even given them positive reviews twice! 😄 A huge plus of booking through Ctrip is the convenience of being able to extend my stay in the same room. All the hotel facilities are very new, and the cleanliness is consistently excellent. As I'm quite particular about hotels, this place has become my top choice every time I visit Chengdu for business. They are also quick to respond and proactive in resolving any issues. This time, I was even upgraded to a one-bedroom suite with a view. I hope they continue to maintain their current high standard of service and cleanliness. I'd especially like to commend the housekeeping staff; they are very polite, friendly, and incredibly thorough.

__WeChat221037****The service was truly exceptional. I had booked the room for my client, who arrived quite early that day. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to be there to greet them myself, and the room I had reserved wasn't ready yet. However, the front desk quickly offered a solution: they prioritized a room upgrade, which allowed for a smooth check-in.
During their stay, my client specifically commended one of the ladies at the front desk (whose name I didn't catch). The following morning, we had an early departure for a site visit. When I came down to the lobby to pick up my client around 5:30 AM, the kind lady working the night shift had thoughtfully prepared two breakfast bags for us to take on the road. She explained that these were originally for other guests who would pick them up later, and she would prepare fresh ones for them once the kitchen opened.
I've never encountered such flexible and understanding service – they truly know how to accommodate guests' needs! My client was so impressed that they even left a letter of commendation for the hotel upon check-out. Highly recommended!

AAlison.lMy husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at minyuon suniya hotel. The rooms had great views and was very clean. All the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful with recommending places to see/do in Chengdu - especially Garey Li and Aaron who helped us tremendously with organising our day trip to Emeishan , getting tickets to the Panda centre and also going above and beyond with helping us with a ******* delivery. The cleaners were also very friendly and thoughtful with helping us hang our laundry in our room for us so they would dry quicker.
We were also pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful panda toy gift in our room 😃
Would highly recommend this hotel as the location was also great where most places were a 10-15 minute drive away. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Chengdu.

CCeeVieAreThis is my first visit to Chengdu and Qionglai city. This hotel or courtyard stay is affiliated to Wyndham Garden along Wenjun Street i.e. big square with various shops for shopping (sports attire brands, yinshion, Miniso), dining and decors perfect for social media posting. Dining options include McD, KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Chagee, Naixue, Heytea, Mixue and local brand dining or beverage operators. Outside the square/Wyndham Garden there are Lawson, Family Mart, 7 eleven and local Hongqiao marts(prices lower). Local mini restaurants selling Sichuan food, noodles, dumplings, snacks are also available outside the square/garden, opposite AllAboutLove bakery and Naixue outlet.
Qionglai city is closely associated with a historical female poet called Zhuo Wenjun. Her residence and Wenjun well built during Han Dynasty is located 10-15 mins walk from Wyndham Garden. Look for Bank of China branch and walk across the street to reach China Construction Bank branch
Then walk straight down until you see a public toilet on your right and cross the street. Walk until you see an open space carpark and go in the carpark you will find Wenjun Residence on your left, entry is free.
You may book a car to Qionglai city from Tianfu airport but be prepared to pay RMB400+ equivalent using trip app. Going back to Chengdu city by car is about RMB200. Standby with some cash if you encounter QR code scan problem. There are also buses and trains options to reach here.
1 -0.5 hours drive you can visit famous Tiantai Mountain, Pingle Ancient Town, Bamboo Canyon Scenic Area ( went there and love it❤️❤️❤) , Yuanwozi winery, etc. ️
My stay was very refreshing and Manager Ma was very helpful and accommodating to all my queries. My travelling plans to nearby attractions was fulfilled despite unfavourable weather, drizzling 2 days non stop. I would recommend for atleast 2 night stays to enjoy 1 day outskirt trip + 1 day chill in the room and enjoy backyard outdoor onsen to relax. Breakfast buffet include western (cereal/salad/eggs/sausages/ham/fries/bread), dimsum, soup, cakoi and soya bean, 3x types of porridges and condiments, local breakfast ( starter or salad, fried rice, meat and vegetable dishes), deserts, local fruits and cut fruits. Hotel staff can also help to order takeouts for you.

2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.
