Ms. Chen Liqiao, in particular, went above and beyond by adding me on WeChat and proactively and patiently providing travel and dining recommendations. Her service was truly heartwarming. "Really enjoyed our stay in the top floor suite with an amazing view overlooking Taikoo Li and the skyline. The location is perfect for a short visit, with Taikoo Li just outside, making it very easy to walk around. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, responding to our requests and questions instantly, they even helped us fill up the bathtub/pool while we were out so it was ready upon our return! Also loved the projector screen to watch tv. Many amenities like snacks, towels, robes, slippers were also provided. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely return!"

The owner is a descendant of the Han imperial family, and the entire hotel is decorated in the Han style. Even the beds in each room are part of his antique collection. Secondly, it's super convenient, just 100 meters from the subway – exit C1 of Line 10 is right in front. Plus, it's only 250 meters from Wuhou Temple. If you're heading to Yulin Road or Taikoo Li, it's just about 3 kilometers, a taxi ride would be around ten-something yuan. In summer, they even provide refreshing mung bean soup. They really pay attention to the guest experience."

The room facilities are in good condition, and the decor is quite new. The shampoo and conditioner are better than what you'd typically find in hotels of this class. I really appreciate that the shower has hooks. The air conditioning is strong, and the water pressure is great, perfect for a refreshing shower. The room's decor is actually more refined than the lobby's; it would be even better if the lobby's design were more cohesive. Also, it would be nice if the flower colors in the lobby matched the overall environment. The butler service is very attentive and provides a lot of useful information in advance, which helps with using the in-room facilities. The soft services are more impressive than the hardware, and the housekeeping staff are very enthusiastic."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in Hongxing Bridge, away from the bustling city center, and very close to Caojiaxiang, which is packed with amazing food options! It's also a convenient 5-minute walk to the subway station. Initially, the room we got had an incredibly strong smoke smell that wouldn't dissipate even after opening the windows for over an hour. After speaking with the front desk, they immediately moved us to another room and even upgraded us. This level of service truly deserves a 10/10! The guy at the front desk was excellent! He was also incredibly accommodating and provided very detailed information about the surrounding area. The room decor was simple and lovely, but some of the facilities were a bit old. For example, the showerhead was leaking, and the hairdryer, which should have been mounted on the wall, seemed to have been taken down because the wall screws were unstable. It was also quite noisy, probably due to age and wear. However, replacing these items is a management issue, not related to the front desk's service, but I hope they can be improved. Overall, we still had a wonderful time during our stay in Chengdu! (^-^)"

"The triple room had very small windows, which made it feel quite depressing. The hotel's decor, with its dark colors, felt rather dull. Personally, I don't care for this kind of design; I prefer something brighter.
The young women at check-in and check-out were excellent – very diligent and responsible. At check-in, she made three room cards for me, and also provided laundry coupons, afternoon tea vouchers, and handicraft vouchers, explaining their use in great detail. At check-out, another young woman was equally thorough and even asked if I had a car. If she hadn't asked, I would have forgotten to report the car number. I'm very satisfied with the work of these two young ladies at the front desk.
On the morning of August 20th, around 8 AM, during breakfast, the young man at the entrance was also doing a good job. However, a woman in uniform was dining in a corner of the restaurant. It was clear she was staff because she was familiar with and joking around with the cleaning ladies and other staff members. Why was she eating where guests were dining? This indicates lax management. After she finished her breakfast, this woman strolled around the restaurant, didn't greet guests, and had an arrogant expression. I really don't understand her attitude towards her work.
It gives the impression of loose management, yet the front desk staff are meticulous and serious. The contrast is stark. Is this woman a relative of the owner?"

The room was beautiful and had a lovely balcony, the view was even better than website photos! The hotel is in a great location for a nice walk and just a 10-minute walk from the metro station. The surrounding area is very convenient, full of 24/7 convenience stores, and the staff even helped us order food delivery :)
It was also super convenient to have a laundry room equipped with both washing machines and dryers. The staff were extremely kind and spoke fluent English, which made communication much easier and more effective. Highly recommended!"

It's just a few minutes' walk to Tai Koo Li and Chunxi Road, and close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The hotel's overall decor is new and minimalist, and the rooms are spacious. They feature Serta mattresses and an independent fresh air system. The soundproofing is excellent, so it was very quiet at night. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the smart toilet is a nice touch. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety, including not just Western continental options, but also local specialties like Dan Dan noodles. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room are super practical, whether you're traveling for leisure or on a business trip. The staff were polite and attentive throughout my stay, check-in was efficient and quick, and the housekeeping was meticulous. This big brand delivers reliable quality. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Chengdu.

The courtyard is adorned with crape myrtle, pomegranates, and magnolia flowers, creating a sense of abundant beauty and prosperity. Flower-lined paths lead to picturesque spots, making every step a delight, and allowing one to forget all worries and simply immerse in the moment. The public hot springs are spacious, available both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are private villas, some with their own hot spring baths, and the温泉 water is natural radon spring water. The front desk managers, Helen and Li Yilin, were very attentive. I would definitely choose Fairmont Chengdu Hot Springs again if I have the chance; it must be even more beautiful in the autumn. This was a wonderful trip.

Guest UserFive-star review! I’m truly impressed with my stay at Xishu Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

This time, I stayed at the Tonino Lamborghini Center by Tianfu Square, and the location was definitely the biggest plus, right in the heart of the city's central axis. Just a few steps from the hotel entrance is a subway interchange station, with Lines 1 and 2 connecting to the entire city, making getting around completely stress-free. Tianfu Square and the Chengdu Museum are within walking distance, so you can soak in the old city's cultural heritage with a leisurely stroll. A short subway ride takes you to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and a quick taxi ride gets you to popular attractions like Kuanzhai Alley and Jinli. Downstairs, there's a bustling commercial area with plenty of unique snack shops, making shopping and eating incredibly convenient. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views through floor-to-ceiling windows; by day, you can overlook the city's main thoroughfares, and by night, you're treated to the sparkling lights of the entire square. Despite being in a busy area, the soundproofing is excellent, offering both convenient access and peaceful rest. For anyone visiting Chengdu, I highly recommend this place. 1. **Outdated and Poorly Designed**: The facilities are quite old, and the design is impractical. For example, the shower and toilet are in the same area within the bathroom, with no separation. This means if someone is using the toilet, no one can shower, and vice-versa.
2. **Misleading Advertising**: Figures 1 and 2 in the hotel's promotional images, which are crucial for customers before booking, are completely different from what you see upon entering the room (as shown in the last three pictures). I'd like to ask the hotel management: where is the bathtub from your promotional photos? It's turned into a concrete basin, and it's incredibly dirty inside. There was no prior notification upon check-in – it's a complete mismatch from what was advertised.
3. **Hazardous Staircase**: The stairs in the room are extremely steep. You have to be very careful going up, and when going down, you *must* descend backward as per the hotel's instructions, because it's impossible to go down facing forward without falling.
4. **No Internal Elevator**: The hotel doesn't have its own internal elevator, and the staircases within the hotel are also very steep, making it genuinely difficult to carry luggage upstairs.
## Hygiene:
The overall hygiene in the room is acceptable. The wooden floor on the second level is clean, but that dirty carpet really shouldn't be there.
## Environment:
The hotel has been converted from a two-story commercial building. It's not noisy at night and is conveniently located within walking distance of the ancient city's snack street, Nanqiao Bridge, and the subway station.
## Service:
Service is just okay. After checking in, they provide some guide articles about nearby attractions and restaurants, but that's about it.

The breakfast restaurant is large with a rich variety of options, and the service is excellent. Downstairs, there's a mall and a subway station, which was perfect for traveling with kids; they absolutely loved it. For a hotel of this caliber, the price offers great value for money.

Yt52162This hotel is excellent – clean, spacious rooms, and they provide four bottles of water daily. The location is superb, right next to Tianfu Square and the Chengdu Museum, which was perfect for rainy days. It's also close to People's Park and Chunxi Road. Despite the many tourists, the staff were incredibly dedicated and patient. The braised duck at breakfast was delicious, and the noodles with bamboo shoots and beef brisket topping were a treat. My wonderful experience in Chengdu started right here. See you again!

Guest UserThis hotel is easy to find, and its location is very convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around by taxi. The lobby is bright, and the staff are very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and it even had a washing machine and a refrigerator. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it. It would be even better if the bathroom had a door. It's not too far from attractions like Wenshu Monastery and Du Fu Thatched Cottage. However, the hotel is quite a distance from the nearest subway station.
