The hotel is in a great location, very close to the subway station! It's very convenient for both the airport and the train station. The customer service was also very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. It's a very good value hotel and I'd stay here again next time.

Location is decent, and within walking distance from Fuqin station (after crossing overhead bridge). Reception staff was friendly, cute, and helped facilitate my check-in process. Room was very spacious. I didnt have time to try the food, hence I cant comment on it. Recommended to stay here next time.

The hotel is 15 mins from Kuanzhai Alley, and opposite of People`s park. The surrounding is quiet. The MRT is also 5-8 mins opposite the hotel but I can`t find the elevator in MRT so I need to take the stairs while lifting the luggage by myself. The room is nice but not too big, the bathroom is comfortable and actually it is quite a big hotel with many rooms. Overall, it is good to stay here.

The hotel service is very good, very enthusiastic, and the service attitude is particularly good. The sanitation is very clean, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and it is close to the scenic area, making it very convenient to enter and exit. In the morning, we checked out of the room, went to the zoo, and then came to the front desk to scan the parking ticket. It was very convenient. The lady also gave us a red panda.

There's also a Four Seasons Hotel right next to the subway entrance, but it's more expensive than Home Inn. Therefore, Home Inn offers better value for money. The hotel is cleaned very cleanly every day. Although it faces the street, it's not noisy when I sleep with the windows closed and the air conditioner on. I also really enjoyed having two room cards, making it easy to leave the room. I left my clothesline at the hotel when I left, and the front desk immediately mailed it back to me. Thank you! The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive.

In addition, the front desk doesn't know much about the rooms. Before booking, I called to ask if the twin beds could be put together, and the front desk replied that they couldn't. When I checked in, I asked again and they said they could. If I had known, I would have booked a twin room. It would have been more expensive to change the price when I checked in, which is very bad.
