Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and free of any unpleasant odors. The bedding was incredibly soft, ensuring a deep and restful sleep. The attention to cleanliness and detail was truly impressive. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, and they were very quick to respond to any requests. Its convenient location near the subway exit made it incredibly easy to go out and explore and dine. It offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again!

I booked this hotel online and, unsure if my preferred room type was available, I left a note. To my pleasant surprise, the hotel directly reserved the 'cave room' for us! It looked exactly like the photos online, and my child absolutely loved it. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is also excellent; it's right on Metro Line 2. From Chengdu East High-Speed Railway Station, you can take Line 2 directly to Niushikou Station. Plus, there's a shopping mall, Yonghui Supermarket, and a snack street right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. What's more, popular spots like Chunxi Road (a famous influencer hotspot) are just three subway stops away, making it incredibly easy to get around.

The twin room I stayed in this time was exactly what I wanted! I was initially worried the two beds would be cramped, but each bed was wide enough. My friend and I each had our own bed with plenty of room to toss and turn. The bedding felt really soft, just like the blankets at home, and I slept incredibly soundly at night. The room was spotlessly clean. The floor was clean enough to walk barefoot on, and there were no water stains on the bathroom mirror – it just looked pleasant. The front desk staff had a great attitude, and they even helped us store our luggage for a while after check-out. For this price, getting a twin room like this is truly great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I bring my family!

Weilan Hotel is conveniently located close to a Metron line to key locations. The hotel is clean and provides all the neccessities for travellers. There is also many food options and conveninent stores in the vicinity. Highly recommended!

We are shocked to realised the rooms we booked are without window.. the picture and wordings said with window.. so we top up $ to upgrade. My friend choose e the room near the laundry room. She has been distrubuted from her sleep as people use it till 1am. Even there is instruction saying it will be use by 10pm. Hotel management should lock the door so that no people will use. The cleanliness need to improve One of the room door lock is not working The one good point is nearby got one big supermarket.

Clean and cozy hotel located next to the metro station. They updated the room for us which has a nicer city view. And we have made another booking for our last night in Chengdu. Definitely recommend it! Thanks

The bed was a little uncomfortable. It may be difficult to find the hotel as it is located on the upper floors of the building. We heard some hammering noises after midnight which was quite frustrating and also in the morning. It felt like it came from above. Didn't get that great of a sleep. The people that work here are wonderful. They are very willing to assist with anything. They even gave us a cute farewell gift. Decent hotel!

Overall the stay was average. +Staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a room with window (from no window). +Staff were generally helpful. Seamless check in and check out. - Not a very convenient location, have to didi everywhere - Felt that the room can be cleaner…. The toilet bowl has some stains when we arrived and small hairs….. corners were also….a no… bathroom slippers were also looking quite old and dirty (did not wear them) - not sure if there is a room heater….and could not seem to adjust the room temp.

Service staff would follow up with us on our request and confirm whether we need to do housekeeping. When we used their washing machine and dryer, they helped to pack our dried clothes in clean paper bags while we went to sleep. Very spacious room for us to put our 4 luggage bags, opened for packing. Vicinity has pharmacy store, supermarket,breakfast shop, mini food street.

Hospitality by the staff was great. Location of the hotel is fantastic, 5 mins walk to 牛市口metro, many street food below the hotel, 24 hour convenience store directly below as well, making everything convenient. Room is very cozy, comfortable and clean. Overall really satisfied and would definitely come back again.
