Hotel is very basic, the breakfast was quite bad. There are better options in Monterrey for this price.

The bed was really bad I kept sinking in the bed and could not sleep all night.

I was charged twice for my room… I sent a refund request to the hotel and haven't heard back.

That's it, it's cheap anyway. The power went out right after I checked in. The generator couldn't power most of the equipment, my phone couldn't charge, and the front desk couldn't explain it accurately.

Poor service at reception, limited parking, no closet, no shower, no hooks to hang clothes, they don't provide glasses, not even plastic ones, they don't provide hand towels, only for showers, and you can hear things from the hallway and other rooms.

Well, it's not excellent, but it's okay, the restaurant is very expensive and lacks variety.

The room soundproofing is very poor and the hotel is very noisy!

I stay here every time I come here. The environment is good, WoFi is fast, it is convenient to stay, and the service is also very good. In general, I am very satisfied and will come again in the future.

It's relatively old, but generally ok. There is a table but no chairs in the room. I found the front desk and it was delivered quickly.

First choice for a business trip, this is my second stay. The hotel is very nice, but I'm just confused that four breakfasts for a twin bed are too much [laughing through tears]. I'll make a reservation later. Recommend this hotel. It's good for business trips.

The hotel service is good! Nice environment! Clean and hygienic, with swimming pool facilities.
