"Great hotel in the center of Chengdu. The highlight is for sure the view of the Anshun Bridge and a tea drinking station by the window to appreciate it, as well as a little balcony. You almost don't want to go out of your room but stay in instead.
The bed is very very comfortable and the room is very clean. The whole ambience of the hotel, from the lobby to the corridor and the room is very soothing, feels like a spa.
The staff is very helpful and speaks great English, which makes the experience easier for foreigners as well.
The only downside would be that the hotel is located across the river from a clubbing area, which makes some sound at night. But this is of course outside of the hotel's control. If you are a light sleeper, there are already earplugs provided by the bed, so the staff thought of it as well.
Overall a great place to stay in Chengdu."

"Fantastic hotel perfectly located - only a few minutes walking distance from Chunxi Road metro station (line 3). I came by chance to this hotel as the previous one I stayed 2 nights was fully booked for the 3rd night. If I knew I would have definitely selected this hotel for the 3 nights. I loved it. Especially the room temperature is amazing = 24 degrees (of course there is AC if you want to cooler). Perfect for a wonderful warm night. It was night and clean too. And the personnel very friendly. I recommend this hotel to whomever want to be centrally located to Chengdu ! There are also lots of shops around (for food etc.) . Amenities are also included. To summarize all was perfect and I will definitely come back to this hotel when I go back in Chengdu !"

"We stayed for four nights, and the service was excellent. They provided umbrellas, helped me send a package, and even stored our leftover cake in the fridge. There's also a convenient breakfast spot right next door downstairs. The location is good, just a 12-minute walk from Chunxi Road subway station.
We booked two deluxe king rooms. My friend's room was upgraded, and it was spacious, quiet, and clean – a solid five-star experience for them.
My room with my child, however, was quite a struggle. For some reason, we kept getting small rooms. Our first night was on the second floor, directly below what seemed to be an awning outside the window. At 4 AM, the rain hitting it woke me up, and I couldn't get back to sleep. On the second night, after speaking with the front desk, we switched to another second-floor room. They called it an 'upgraded business king room,' but it faced the street and was right next to the elevator, making it so noisy I barely slept.
For the third night, we moved to the fourth floor and finally had a quiet night's sleep. The room was incredibly small, though; the bathroom door could only open halfway before hitting the toilet. I could tolerate the small size, as long as we could get some rest.
On our fourth night, returning from Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, we were moved to a room on the 7th floor. It had a mountain view and faced the street, and wasn't as noisy. However, my child found a small bug on her pillow before bed and refused to sleep for a long time, so I didn't sleep well either."

They also offer free drinks and snacks at their restaurant area outside of their breakfast hour. It has a very strategic location as it is right opposite many shopping malls and beside hotspring tangyue and KTV at level 5. There are also quite a lot of famous hotpots nearby. Not to mention that Luckin coffee is at level 1 too! The only downside is that the elevators are quite congested during peak hour."

DDengxiadexiaoheiThis is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Chengdu 😊. First off, the location is great; it's close to Kuanzhai Alley and also very near the subway station, yet it's surprisingly quiet because it's in a residential area. The hotel's layout and design are very unique, and the garden next to the restaurant feels like something out of a poem! The room was impeccably clean, spotless, and even had a smart toilet, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay ❤️. The breakfast spread was also excellent. What truly stood out was the hotel's service – every staff member was warm and attentive, even helping us with our luggage to the room, which was really impressive 👍.
We also got to try some complimentary Chengdu local snacks here ✌️✌️✌️.

We went to see the 'blue tears' at night, which turned out to be just lights, but there were a lot of people. It's also very close to the ancient city, and there are plenty of food options on the streets! The next day, we visited Dujiangyan, which was quite good!

LLalala，This hotel stay was such a pleasant surprise! The location is right in the city center, just a ten-minute walk to popular shopping areas. There are tons of dining options nearby, and getting a taxi is super convenient. The front desk service was efficient; checking my info and getting my room card took less than three minutes. They even kindly helped me with my luggage to the elevator.
The room was more spacious than it appeared in the pictures, and the natural light was fantastic. The afternoon sun streaming in felt really cozy. The bedding was pure cotton, and the pillows were just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a smart toilet, and the vanity mirror with built-in lighting was a huge plus for women.
Breakfast offered freshly made wontons and pancakes, and the coffee and soy milk at the hot drink station were both authentic. When I returned in the evening, I noticed housekeeping had quietly replaced the bottled water – excellent attention to detail. The price is very competitive for this area. I've already recommended it to my colleagues for their business trips, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

MM692340****The hotel's design is stylish, with a neo-Chinese garden feel. The front desk staff was incredibly efficient, with sweet smiles, and even thoughtfully escorted me to my room. I'd left a pack of cigarettes at the hotel, and they took good care of it, giving it to me right after check-in. The room was very cozy, with fresh welcome fruit and comfortable bedding. I always sleep soundly. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are Marlin Dog, with a premium rum scent—very useful!
Breakfast wasn't crowded, and the menu was short but excellent, with Chinese-style freshly cooked noodles, a la carte dishes, and Western-style Eggs Benedict—all of which were of high quality. From the front desk to the restaurant to the room, every staff member was warm and welcoming. The housekeepers, likely locals, were very chill!
In short, the hotel's dedication to both the amenities and the service was evident, offering exceptional value for money.

MMeng HengI didn't expect to get an accommodation with such a good price. Service staff is professional, polite and helpful. The room is high-tech with a voice activated control. Room is clean with all the needed appliances for a traveler. Housekeeping is done right with all tidy up and cleaned. There is also a mini-gym and a laundry room. I would expect all these facilities in a 4-star hotel.
Location is excellent! It is near Chunxi Road within walking distance of about 10mins. Nearby there are also several eateries. If you like to explore a local wet market, there is one right behind the hotel where you can witness how the locals do their groceries shopping in the morning. Behind the hotel, it is actually a seafood street where shops sell all the live seafood - go take a look, interesting!
For supper, if you do not mind street food, there is a stall selling Sichuan local dishes like noodles, dumpings, etc. It is operated by a young couple - they set up their stall from 10pm onwards until 6am next morning.
Kudos to the management. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Chengdu!

__WeChat274480****You definitely get what you pay for, and I absolutely loved it! 🤩 If you have the budget, don't even think twice – just book this place! The staff are all incredibly friendly and, impressively, they all speak English. Daily breakfast and coffee are included, and staying for two days was absolutely wonderful. I would genuinely stay here every day if I weren't so short on cash and out of loyalty points! 😭 The courtyard is incredibly comfortable for relaxing, and even a sudden evening rain made for a cozy atmosphere. Wenshu Monastery is also just a short walk away, which is super convenient!

GGoMan21First, the hotel signage name hasn't changed. Tell the taxi driver ”XIPU- HIDDEN CULTURE HOTEL” and you'll be confused. The original name was ”JIANGUO HIDDEN HOTEL /”. Second, you have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor, walk to the restaurant, and then take the elevator again to your room... I met an old Chinese man who blocked my way to my room... The advantage is that it's not far from the IFS building.

PPSYCHOqianThe owner was very kind and thorough, and the location was easy to find. It was clean and tidy, small but well-equipped. Highly recommended! A small suggestion: calling ahead to reserve a bed isn't ideal for backpackers; in my experience, first-come, first-served is best (just my personal advice). I wish the owner continued success.

KKe chenTucked away in a bustling area, this hotel offers a serene escape. The rooms are exquisite, and access is convenient. Breakfast has a great ambiance, and the location is superb.
It's nestled right within the Kuanzhai Alley scenic area, allowing you to wander through the world from a tranquil and secluded haven.
Manager Belle was incredibly attentive and thoughtful every day, offering timely weather reminders and assisting with our travel plans.

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
