Best hostel to meet people and party. Cheap breakfast and cheap beer with a nice pool and good music. I would definitely stay there again. Also they organize all the tours in the city and you can book and come with a big group. Perfect if u are traveling solo.

Finally, I've been to Monkey Nest of chiang mai!!! Whether you're looking to party or simply chill, Mad Monkey Chiang Mai has something for everyone. Room and sleep Bunks are clean, The pool area is fantastic for relaxing or socializing, and the bar offers delicious drinks at great prices. What really stood out to me, though, was the staff’s hospitality – they went above and beyond to help with recommendations and organizing tours.There were activities to do together and went on a tour of different bars.Thanks to the amazing host, Fern,Michael and Tom!! I can't recommend this hostel enough. I can't wait to return!

They really need to up their game. It’s presented as a party hostel, but they chase everyone away by 10pm. Even people who live there can’t get to just chill and chat without being told off. The late evening staff were rude AF. I’m really disappointed.

To address noise concerns, we close the pool bar at 9:00 PM and relocate guests to the main bar to minimize disturbances and prevent neighbor complaints. I'm sorry to hear about your unfavorable interaction with our team. They are typically commended for their friendliness and helpfulness, although miscommunication or cultural misunderstanding can occasionally cause a disagreement. Nice swimming pool, a small gym, good hostel overall, very social! Close to the night bazar, 7elevens nearby.
