The room is clean, has a small balcony. It may be useful if you are a smoker.. The guesthouse doesnt have lift, and the staff doesnt offer help to carry the luggage, so please be aware. I had a train schedule in the evening, and i am allowed to take shower in the shower room near the pool. The location is great, near the market and everywhere basically.

Charming and authentic hotel perfect for a downtown stay. Everything is within walking distance—from great authentic restaurants, massage centers to the lively streets of Chiang Mai. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the room is clean and exactly as pictured. The pool, though not small, is tucked into a narrow passage with little space for lounging, making it more decorative than relaxing (had also many leaves in it).

Great little hotel. Very close to all the top sights, night market and lots of food places but in a lovely quiet street. Would highly recommend

Beautiful, spacious and quiet room. The staff is very nice and the hotel is very well located!

The hotel has a lot of charme, is nicely decorated and very clean. The room itself could be bigger. When I was there in Feb 2025, there was some construction going on outside on the street which you could sometimes hear.

Good place, great location, pool area was small, but nice. Wifi wasn't always the greatest though. Large bathroom with shower gel and shampoo

My second five-night stay in three years.  A reliable choice with a fantastic location in the most charming part of the Old City.  Rooms have some character:  Old-style wood furnishings and folding doors that open onto a small balcony.  Very helpful staff.  One drawback:  the pool is small and barely usable.

Very cute guesthouse, great location, so many different types of restaurants in the area. Room was very comfortable, nice big bed and cool little balcony for relaxing. No elevator but was okay for us. Would definitely stay again:)

Great location in the old town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Couple of issues. The swimming pool gets little to no sun and the walls are very thin, felt like you could hear every door close and the people in the room above me.

Personally I love the bathroom interior (floor and wall) the strong pressure of water just so nice. The bed are medium soft. The wall are quite thin. I can hear people around. Small swimming pool but reasonable with the price and the area. No car park but can park some bikes in front. Staff are friendly and supportive. They have small balcony to smoke or sit and chill. Location is good Overall is good i would come back again with friends or families

Sripat is a wonderful guest house. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and very well maintained. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and drinking water. The location is great with restaurants literally outside the front door. My daughter and I loved our time here and hope to return one day! The best part for me is how clean the place is!
