This time, I went on a trip with my bestie, and the ancient town river view homestay I chose was simply a stroke of genius on the trip! When we stepped into the homestay, the atmosphere of simplicity and refinement instantly captured us. The wooden structure exudes a warm luster, the quaint window lattice seems to be whispering about the past, and the traditional patterns in the details all show a deep ancient charm, making people feel like they are traveling back to the old times. The room faces the river directly, and the magnificent river view rushes into your eyes when you open the window. In the early morning, the sun shines down, and the river surface is sparkling; in the evening, the afterglow is blurred, and the river water seems to be gilded. Sitting on the railing with my bestie, chatting about everything, the beautiful scenery in front of us is picturesque, and time seems to slow down. The service of the homestay is impeccable. The staff is warm and thoughtful, from helping to carry luggage to patiently recommending local food and attractions, everything is considerate. When checking in, special refreshments are also thoughtfully prepared, and fatigue disappears instantly. The lady at the front desk saw that there were two of us and upgraded us to a twin room for free. At night, I fell asleep with the sound of the river and had a good sleep. In the morning, I woke up in the caress of the river breeze, and a beautiful day began. This trip to the ancient town was unforgettable because of this homestay.
