"A motel with a broken air conditioner and no elevator on the second floor is acceptable. However, the car parking area is not in front of the room. The light in the bathroom is also broken. After check-in, they were off work and could not change the room and there was no one to provide service. The experience was terrible."

"We chose to stay at this motel on our recent overnight stay in Collie. Of all the places i have stayed in during my travels in W.A. this would have to be one of the best. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Had just recently been renovated with new carpets. The whole place had a good feel about it. There was a " NO VACANCIES " sign up but when we went for breakfast we didn't see anyone. Strange. The continental breakfast was good and thanks to Annie for your service and conversation. Highly recommended."
