Lovely hotel, great location and very close to the train station.

Lovely hotel, very clean and very helpful staff.

We were here for a city break, the area is up and coming with plenty of building work going on but not disruptive. It's next to the smaller train station but has direct access to the airport, the main arena is nearby as well as the conference center. Hotel itself was clean and well designed, we had a small kitchenette in the room which was a bonus.

This is a gem in Cologne, service staff was very nice, room was superb clean and well equipped

Hotel is tidy and best is the location where is very close the the exhibition centre and the subway station "Koln Messe". There are 2 nice restaurants just at around 50 meters far from the hotel.

Good location for Köln show

I was travelling for pleasure rather than business, but if I needed to attend a trade show in Köln I would absolutely want to stay here. The facilities are great, having a usable kitchen is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly. It is also very close to the Bahnhof.

Would visit again.

Nice place

Very average... I booked this hotel based on the good reviews online, but the heating was broken. They said the IT system was down. When I came back from a day out, there was a small heater in the room, but it was not cleaned at all... Even the mineral water was not replenished... They said it would be cleaned once every three days unless the guest specifically requested it... The closet door handle kept falling off, which was totally not what you would expect at this price. The breakfast was also average. The only advantage might be that it is close to the station and the exhibition, but there are several hotels with the same distance nearby. Moreover, the service level of a convention hotel should not be this high. I will not stay there again.

The design of the small single apartment is very exquisite. It is close to the station and not far from Cologne Cathedral.
