I had an amazing stay at Sunmei Hotel in Shenzhen! The service was top-notch - staff were incredibly attentive, responding quickly to every request and always willing to help with any questions. The hotel itself is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, making my stay both pleasant and hassle-free. A special thanks to A Yu, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their quick responses and friendly attitude truly made a difference. Whether it was assistance with directions, recommendations, or special requests, A Yu handled everything efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Sunmei Hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen - fantastic service and a great experience overall! Will definitely be back.

The service is very good. When I first stayed on the 7th floor, there was a sound when the outside door was closing. They immediately replaced it and put anti-noise tampons on the door. I moved to a top-floor apartment, which was very quiet. The view outside the window was wide and you could see the city view. The facilities are complete, including a washing machine and refrigerator, and it is also very clean! !

The cleaning is not good, especially the housekeeper is very impatient and the room cleaning is also careless.

The room was nice and clean with floor to ceiling windows. The view is wide, there are too many places to eat around, and the subway is also close. There is a coffee shop, McDonald's and all kinds of delicious food downstairs.

There was garbage in the drawers in the room, and the bed was saggy and made noises when I turned over. The sole of my sandal broke in two

The aparthotel is poorly located and poorly marked. The office building is on the 20th floor and it is difficult to find because there is no sign in the lobby downstairs. The room was clean and tidy, but the bathroom was clean. Others are acceptable because the price is affordable. 🙂

The front desk is on the 20th floor. Remember to go up. The room is quite large and the TV projection is convenient. The bathroom supplies are quite good and are home furnishings, not disposable. The community is quite comfortable overall.

It takes 7-8 minutes to walk from Exit C of Lilin Subway Station. There is a bus terminal on the ground floor of Building T next to U House, but there are not many lines. There are only 2 comprehensive roads, E3 and... The hotel is new and well-equipped. It only needs a microwave. The washing machine is a famous brand and is easy to operate. The front desk staff is very nice and polite. There are many restaurants nearby. They are open until early morning, but they only open in the evening. There are no restaurants at noon. Serve.
