"The hotel's location is about a 20-minute bus ride from the station, and just a 1-minute walk from the bus stop! The staff are also very friendly! I was shown to a room with a balcony, and although it's a non-smoking hotel, it was nice for a smoker like me! The view of the sea and the quiet environment were great! And breakfast was OK ✌ However, as a Japanese person, I'm generally used to clean, safe, and quiet rooms in Japanese hotels... but in European countries, the soundproofing in the rooms is weak, and last night I could hear everything a couple was doing – the passionate kissing, the creaking of the bed, everything! I had to wear earplugs for an hour (lol). Couples and those traveling with children should be careful! Have a great trip ✌ by"

"Third time’s a charm, as they say. We arrived around 9:00 AM, and the lovely lady at the reception gave us the room key then and there, with the mention that we were in luck and it was ready. In a nutshell, the “China” (themed) room was the biggest I’ve ever been in, you can find the images on their FB site, I’ll just leave the bathroom picture for your viewing pleasure. If you want to enjoy Mamaia in peak style, this is the place to be."

"Very good hotel on the beach at Black Sea , we had two rooms , very clean , good beds , new lines and pillows , minibar , cofee/tea maker , large tv , bathroom very clean , new towels , super shower , all you need . Breakfast very good full of choices hot and cold plus vegan food . Spa and indoor pool super conditions . Staff friendly and professional at reception , restaurant and spa . We recomand this hotel ."

"I know the region quite well, and this place was by far the best stay I ever had in Constanta. Brand new building, modern and clean, large rooms, perfectly equiped for short/medium stays, great service. Great location, close to the huge beach, but also close to the main attractions and city center. Just two things are not fantastic: quite noisy and without dedicated parking places."

"You cannot adjust the room temperature!!! The thermostat is locked and you need to call Reception every time you want to make cooler or warmer or even to turn it off. I have never, ever found this in a hotel. SPA is tiny and i ly open from 14:00 till 21:00. However the sauna is pretty cold. TV is not working properly, only a few channels are visible. Breakfast is a (sorrow) joke. Far away from the city and any kind of activity. All in all a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!"

"Poor communication with the host . I do not recommend it . Definitely have better options and I am posting this review hopeful that I am going to help other people to avoid ruin their holiday. There is no value for the money , kitchen appliances are outdated , besides there are some mold smell in the bathroom . But the most inconvenient was that the hosts seem to be disturbed by anything you ask them, saying that cleaning staff only come by request and hosts are pretty uncomfortable sending them to clean the rooms with its highly unacceptable for the asking price . I would expect that cleaning service it’s a must and daily as it should . We went with our three kids and asked for an extra mattress and sheets and they seem pretty upset yet we had agreed upon that previously way back when booked with them ."

"OK, But nothing spectacular Decent size room, tv is OK Breakfast had fruit, but average. Elevator is very small. The area close to the hotel is a bit in ruins. The beach is close but it sucks after the 2021 extension. There are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel. 2-3 minute walk."

The cleaning personnel was coming daily to clean and refill the bathroom with toiletries if necessary. Also, the breakfast was varied and tasty. The kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly."

Food was simply brought to the table without any explanation – it was a case of "take it or leave it." The beach was completely covered in moldy seaweed that stank to high heaven. I can't understand how they can offer guests such a room. It was booked through GTA Touristik. I wonder if they don't check what they're booking."
