"STAIRSSSS: The walk from the bus station to the hotel involves a significant number of stairs, and there are even more stairs within the hotel grounds. Inaccessible Luggage Service: While the hotel offers a morning luggage assistance service, I was unable to reach the reception by phone, rendering the service unusable and inconvenient for travelers with luggage. Public transport: Public transit in this area is poorly managed and unreliable. Buses rarely follow their schedules. Despite having a pre-booked online ticket for a specific time, the bus driver refused to let me board, claiming the bus was full—even though I was traveling solo with just one suitcase. Due to the challenging terrain and poor local transport, I would not recommend staying in this area if you have luggage or are traveling alone. If you are heading to Alberobello, it is much better to stay in Bari the night before, where transportation links are far more reliable. Unfortunately, this stay left me with a very poor first impression of Southern Italy."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy B&B with only three rooms. The name truly reflects the experience, as you immediately feel at home here thanks to Laura’s warm hospitality, the use of the kitchen, and the affectionate house cats. Every morning between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. a delicious breakfast is served with a variety of local specialties, both savory and sweet. The B&B is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail and high-quality finishes throughout. It is also worth mentioning that the rooms are not cleaned daily and towels are not changed every day. Everything here has clearly been thought through with great care. The room itself is a bit small with limited space for a suitcase, but the bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The only minor drawback is that it is situated on a busy road. Nevertheless, we would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation."

"I have to go to Puglia for a work trip that led me to move between Brindisi, Bari, Monopoly and the neighbouring localities, I chose Conversano as a base for my stay. I can say without hesitation that the Palace of Erchia was a very pleasant discovery. It is one of those hotels that return to the atmosphere of once, when you traveled in a family and hospitality was made mainly by attention, friendliness and simplicity. A essential style, without unnecessary excesses, but capable of providing all the comfort needed to feel really comfortable. The holder has now proved extremely kind, available and offered useful advice to live the best of the stay. That is the most beautiful memory I will bring with me: I have felt like at home since the first moment. The room was very comfortable, clean and characterized by a pleasant style of a little vintage, which helps to make the environment even more authentic and personal. The hotel is also located in a quiet and pleasant area of Conversano, from which you can reach the historic centre by convenient walks, with numerous activities and parking nearby. It also offers breakfast, as well as the quality-price ratio, which is really worth noting. If I should come back from these places, I would again choose this structure without hesitation, especially for the extraordinary courtesy, cleaning the environment and the sincere hospitality with which guests are welcomed."

Impeccable cleanliness, rich breakfast, room equipped with every comfort and a wonderful swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. The perfect place to rest and regenerate but a stone's throw from lively Polignano. But the gem of the Masseria are the Hosts who, with their warm welcome, make you feel part of the family. "We came here to consume the "Emotions" package, containing two nights in a suite, two 4-course dinners and a buffet breakfast. EVERYTHING EXQUISITE. The restaurant, impeccable, gourmet dishes, of excellent quality, I highly recommend going there. Staff, even at reception, were friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast, wide choice, from sweet to savory; hot croissants, all homemade, for drinks there is a dedicated cafeteria, but in the hall there is space to sit and there is a counter full of croissants, tarts, biscuits, sweets, cereals, juices... it seemed to be in America! Cozy, warm suite, the only flaw was the bed... a little uncomfortable given that they were two single beds pushed together and not a double, but it's a tolerable inconvenience given everything else is very positive. In the morning the ladies also come to clean the room. Really comfortable situation, you spend days where you feel truly pampered, immersed in nature and surely once you leave, you will have gained a few extra kilos! 😂 if there is a chance, I would definitely go back. Thank you very much to all the staff."
