Mr Rot's Secret Hotel

This is a review of Mr Rot's Secret Tour - we did not stay in the hotel. Our daughters had visited Vietnam a few years ago, and told us that when we went, the one thing we absolutely had to do was this tour. They were right: it was brilliant. Participants are sworn to secrecy, so I can't give any details about what we did, but it was so worthwhile and gave us an experience unlike any other.

I would not recommend this tour for €40!!!!! It's a scam. You get a very cheap lunch. They conveniently have rice wine and some of the handmade blankets to buy in the tribal village home. The other half of the day you just get dropped off at locations to view for yourself. I would go to Sapa and pay €15 to a tribal woman who will walk you around beautiful rice fields, take you into her home with her family, let you cook with her and sit with her family to eat.

We just got back from Mr Rot’s Secret Tour. We had the best day with Mr Rot & Jesse. The tour was so much fun and very interesting and we got to see and hear about the real Vietnam. This was unlike any other tour we have been on so far. The highlight was the secret part which was so special and one of the best experiences for me in Vietnam. Everyone should do this tour!

We did the secret tour (not the hotel stay) with Mr Rot. The trip was superb and although I cannot tell you what we did, I can tell you that you should definitely do it! Me and my girlfriend are vegetarian and this was not a problem. If you are in Da Lat, spend a day doing the tour. If you aren’t in Da Lat, come to Da Lat and do the tour, you will not regret it

Had the best day on Mr Rot's secret tour. Mr Rot was friendly and full of information about the local area. Jesse also kept us amused and provided all the hints of Vietnam language and culture. Would highly recommend! Thanks Mr Rot and Jesse.

What a fantastic tour! We learned so much about the Vietnamese culture and seen places that I never thought to see during my trip to Vietnam. The cousin of Mr Rot, Jesse, was our guide the majority of the tour and he was amazing. Such a funny guy and explained everything in such good English. Mr Rot himself came also at the end of the tour for the secret part. I cannot tell much about it but this part of the tour was so special, one of the most amazing experiences that I had in my whole SE Asia trip. Definately do this tour when your in Dalat, it’s so worth the money!

it was hard to find it but mr rot secret tour was one of my best experiences in vietnam. i cant share all detail so better contact him in person about the stops, bit we visited some farm and had some food there, then a silk factory, coffee fields, real local food market where we tried loads of things again. we visited the waterfalls and lady buddha pagoda. and then the real unique experience started... sorry i cant share more so many memories that i know i ll keep for life, from that tour... mr rot is also a very funny guy, good with people, he tought us some things about vietnamese culture, played some drinking games after food, made the whole thing memorable but also fun!! in order find the real mr rot secret tour, reach out on whatsapp: +84913953300
