The wife and husband who run it are so pure and lovely, we had such a laugh with them while trying to communicate in different languages, they are full of joy! The hotel itself is really lovely, very traditional design of the area and with fantastic views from the 3 terraces! The food was unbelievable, all grown by the family, pesticide free, and cooked freshly to perfection. Dinner was very well priced as well and super handy as we didn’t have a car. The lovely hostess even made us a packed lunch when we said we were going on a hike, and accommodated us with a very early breakfast when we had an early morning bus to catch. They also booked us a taxi which was super helpful. We loved staying here, it had a very homely vibe, would 100% recommend."

When I was scheduled for the evening shift, I ordered a few dishes and had a few more delivered. After dinner, it's very pleasant to take a shower, drink some wine and watch the night view. I will choose to live here again when I come here next time."

"The moment I stepped into this hotel, I was surrounded by a depressing atmosphere. The lighting in the room was suffocatingly dim, as if every ray of light was swallowed up by the heavy curtains, leaving only a faint halo struggling on the wall. I tried to adjust the brightness of the lights, but found that no matter how I adjusted them, I couldn't dispel the depressing dimness. The reception at the front desk was even more disheartening. Their attitude was cold and distant, as if our arrival was just an insignificant procedure in their daily work. When we asked about the room reservation, the front desk staff told us expressionlessly that it was no longer possible to book a room on site and that reservations could only be made online. However, when we followed their instructions online, we found that this was not the case. After arriving at the hotel, we were told by the front desk that there was only one room left, but we could still make a reservation online. This conflicting message leaves us confused and dissatisfied. During the long wait, time seemed to be stretched, and every minute seemed like a century. After more than 40 minutes of agony, we finally booked a twin room. However, this did not make us feel any better. The TV in the room was old and the picture quality was blurry, as if it was an antique left over from the last century. Even more disappointing was that when we tried to use the TV’s screen mirroring feature, the TV simply crashed, the screen went black, and wouldn’t boot up again. We came to this hotel expecting to have a relaxing time, especially to watch TV in the comfort of our room, but the reality hit us hard. The dim light in the room not only affected our mood, but also almost caused an accident. While groping for the switch, I nearly slipped because I couldn’t see the ground clearly. This safety hazard made me feel uneasy and infuriating. The whole stay was full of disappointment and dissatisfaction. We expected a warm and comfortable accommodation environment, but got a terrible experience."

The entire experience was impeccable, and I absolutely have to write a rave review and highly recommend it! What I want to praise most is the service team. Everyone was warm, attentive, and meticulous in every detail. As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the staff proactively helped with our luggage, providing thoughtful and meticulous service throughout, so we didn't have to do anything ourselves. During check-in, they patiently explained the hotel facilities and nearby tourist attractions, responding instantly to any questions. During our stay, they were always there for us when we needed anything extra, with a gentle and patient attitude that made us feel incredibly warm. They even thoughtfully provided a complimentary ******* clothing experience and helped us choose accessories, making for amazing photos. The hotel environment is also exceptional, a perfect blend of ******* style and modern luxury. The white-walled, colorful buildings are arranged in a charming, staggered pattern, and the windows offer panoramic views of Jiaju ******* Village and the snow-capped mountains – a truly breathtaking sight. The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the entire room had underfloor heating and a humidifier, making it incredibly comfortable even at high altitudes. The private hot spring bath was clean and private; soaking in the warm water while gazing at the snow-capped mountains instantly soothed travel fatigue. Cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet and a smart toilet, exuding a high-quality feel. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, warm and comforting, including authentic yak hot pot and other local specialties. The facilities were comprehensive, with free parking, a laundry room, and a fitness area, making it extremely convenient for getting around. This stay was perfect. The service was impeccable, and the environment was breathtaking. It's a must-stay hotel in Danba! I've already highly recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Danba. I'll definitely stay here again! 💯"

"1. The location is average, and eating is inconvenient. I had to go to other B&Bs to eat, and I had to wait nearly an hour before I could eat. The restaurant owner also said that every B&B should have this service, but they probably didn't want to do it because they had too many guests. 2. The service was not worth the price. The TV was broken, and they deliberately took the remote control away. When I called for it, they ran away. I asked the waiter to test it, but he didn't give it to me. When I called again, he ignored me. It was actually not working, and he must have known it. 3. The swimming pool was dirty, just a gimmick."

Enjoying welcome tea and fruits while looking at the blue sky and white clouds was incredibly relaxing. Service: The owner was very polite and kind. All the furniture and amenities — from the soap to the electrical appliances — are of excellent quality. Even the yogurt in the fridge was delicious. What I loved most were the homemade breakfast and dinner, which were both absolutely delicious. At night, I had a great conversation with the owner about local travel routes, followed their suggestions the next day, and it turned out to be perfect. For me, it was a truly meaningful one-night stay. The owner also maintains the place spotlessly clean, and you can conveniently park your car right in front of the hotel."
