The boss is down-to-earth, the wife smiles every time she speaks, and the couple warmly welcomes her. Had dinner at the restaurant, it tasted good and the ingredients were fresh. The breakfast is even more sumptuous, and the butter tea is particularly delicious."

"We arrived late in the afternoon and enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace looking out over the Zhonglu village and valley floor below. We were greeted by two golden labs that accompanied us as we strolled through the village experiencing the local culture and cuisine. Dinner was excellent, with a hot pot chicken soup with fresh vegetables as well as a delicious egg dish cook cooked in a rich, savory tomato sauce. In the morning, we enjoyed exploring the village and chatting with the locals as well as watching a local fellow building a new house. It was interesting to watch him work, carving the wood into ceiling panels that he hung without any nails or glue. We were also invited to pick as many plums as we could eat from a tree that was simply exploding with ripe juicy plums!"

"This stay was wonderful. Sadly we arrived late and couldn’t make the most of the rooms and surroundings, but the morning was beautiful. The people were kind and helpful, and some have a sense of humour. Very clean rooms. Great view. Good tea set which was gratefully used for a peaceful moment with the view when I had to recharge. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was really tasty—and vegetarian. Good local tea on offer! The rooms on the ground floor are clearly non-smoking and don’t have a whiff of cigarette about them (thankful lungs, eyes and skin). All rooms we saw were beautiful and clean. Shower was hot and good pressure. Coming in late was not an issue. Thank you so much for the care and kindness!"

"It was a pleasant surprise to stay in this hotel. After navigating to it, we just kept going forward and followed the signs. The hotel is in a very good location with a large terrace. You can see the watchtowers in the distance. The whole Zhonglu ******* village is clean and fresh. The proprietress upgraded our room and we were very impressed. We will stay here again in autumn!"

"The most unforgettable moment of my trip to western Sichuan was the day I spent at Zangyun Valley. It was the most comfortable night I slept. The scenery halfway up the mountain was beautiful during the day, and it was a place that allowed me to completely relax. The owner was also very welcoming. The home-cooked meals in the evening were affordable and delicious, and the breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay there for a few more days if I had the chance."

"This is my favorite guesthouse I've stayed at this year. It seems to be a converted family home, very charming with its ethnic style. The staff was incredibly welcoming; I arrived close to 1 a.m. and they waited for me in the parking lot and helped me with my luggage! I was so grateful. The location was also easy to find! The room was fully equipped. Great value for money!"

"We are honored to be the first batch of guests to stay in this B&B. The environment and rooms of the B&B are exactly the same as those described on the details page. There is even beauty and reality that cannot be shown in the pictures. It is a pity that I did not take photos of the rooms, but I promise that every stay will be the same. The rooms are very unique and beautiful (because I have seen them). It can be seen that the owner of the B&B has put great care into designing the hotel. The quilt is super soft and comfortable. However, the B&B is located halfway up the mountain. You need to drive up the mountain and walk on the mountain road. It is a certain distance from the town. If you mind, you don’t have to come! But I personally think that the beautiful scenery on the mountain itself and the convenient transportation cannot have both. For us, we were very surprised to see the sea of clouds and the mountains when we got up. We felt healed both physically and mentally! The owner of the B&B was also very nice and gave us some plums he grew himself. The breakfast was also very delicious. (The B&B does not provide mineral water. You can boil the mountain spring water yourself. I have never tasted any impurities after drinking it. If you don’t mind, don’t come.) Ps: The video provided was shot on the rooftop of the B&B, and the comments are all based on real experiences. Facilities: Brand new equipment Hygiene: clean Environment: Beautiful and open Service: The host of the B&B is very enthusiastic"

"The overall is a very healing mountain succulent homestay, full of atmosphere, people who really like to grow flowers and like the mountain scenery will love this place. Once you enter the bed and breakfast, the courtyard is filled with all kinds of succulents inside and outside. The windowsill, courtyard and terrace are full of green plants, which gives you a sense of idyllic atmosphere when taking photos. There is also an open rooftop on the third floor with a beautiful view. It's very comfortable to go up and relax. On winter days when the weather is clear, you will also have the opportunity to see the golden mountain of sunshine on the rooftop. The scenery is unique, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owner is warm and easy-going, patiently responds to needs, and the basic services for daily stay are done in place. Objectively speaking, the flaws in the ointment are deducted half points: the house decoration and facilities are a bit old, the overall is older, the details are not as sophisticated as the new B&B. The bed and breakfast is located in a mountainous area. The voltage is unstable when walking thunder and lightning at night during the rainy season. There were a couple of power outages around the night of my stay. Sudden no power at night will be a little inconvenient. Mobile phone charging and lights will be affected. Summary suggestions: It is suitable for friends who like mountains and green plants, Buddhist slow tours, and want to see the scenery on the rooftop; if you are afraid of power outages, pursue innovative facilities and stable electricity use, and mind sudden power outages at night, it is recommended to choose a B&B in the city will be much safer. The overall flaws are not concealed, but the natural atmosphere is unique. You can try it on leisure vacation."

A special thanks to the lovely ladies at the front desk for their thoughtful service. The room was clean and bright. Since we arrived a bit late that day, the front desk had already turned on the air conditioning for us, which was such a warm gesture for our tired group after a long journey. 👍 The hotel is perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the great environment; the pictures speak for themselves! Early in the morning, the misty clouds make for fantastic photo opportunities. The restaurant's dishes were also quite good. I rarely write reviews, but I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers."
