The relevant situation is explained as follows: Recently, some roads in Dandong were washed away by heavy rain, resulting in road closures and detours. We are deeply sorry for the impact on your trip. During this stay, the passenger flow was large, and the guest rooms were tight and we were unable to arrange adjacent rooms for you. The front desk staff failed to explain properly during the communication. We will strengthen training to improve our service capabilities. The shower room does have only a hand-held shower. For the problem of the crooked shower head in your room, we have arranged to investigate and rectify it to ensure normal use; the toiletries are uniformly standard for InterContinental Hotels Group, and the quality is guaranteed. You can use them with confidence. Because the ground is slippery due to rain, waterproof carpets are laid in the lobby to prevent slipping. We will increase the frequency of cleaning the carpets in the guest rooms. The hotel is equipped with central air conditioning and uses a whole-house intelligent system. The air conditioning can be controlled by Xiaodu. If you need to adjust it, you can also contact the front desk for assistance. When the parking lot is full, we will guide guests to the Cultural Palace parking lot opposite and reimburse you for the parking fee. We will communicate and coordinate with the Cultural Palace security guards to avoid similar situations. We apologize again for this poor experience.
