Our room had ongoing crackling noises through the night, which affected sleep quality. Dinner at Doot Doot Doot, which we had looked forward to, was disappointing. Despite noting dietary requirements in our booking and at check-in, staff repeatedly asked about them, and there was confusion with the menu. The response from service staff felt inflexible and dismissive. The overall service lacked warmth and attentiveness. Jackalope presents well on the surface, but the experience feels mechanical and disingenuous, falling short of what it claims to offer."
