The hotel was nice and clean .. though a little far from train station and city centre… but overall stay was good.

Top staff but our room was located towards the main road, just above the gas station. so there was noise during the night (motorcycle, ambulance...).
The hotel is well located for the exhibition areas and the atomium. However, we are far from the center and no supermarket nearby, which is a shame.

Top notch hotel staff and customer service. In addition, I had a pleasant stay. Nothing to complain about the room. I will stay in this hotel again if I come back to this area in Brussels.

The hot water pipe would suddenly flow out black water, which would disappear after a while, which was disgusting. The water temperature was high and low, and I jumped up because of the scalding. There were people who brought their dogs to stay, and the dogs were still barking after 10 o'clock in the evening. It was a very bad stay experience.

We stayed at the Ibis to attend a concert at the ING Arena. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and our room was ready (was dead on check in time). The room was OK- two single beds, bathroom, etc- just the basics but just what we needed. The only thing lacking was a kettle/coffee but that just meant a trip to the bar. We didn't eat at the hotel but we used the bar a couple of times. The coffee was lovely and served with a madeline and a nice selection of beer. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the arena (the reason for the stay) and equally close to the Atomium. Would stay here again in the need arises.

Rooms shabby and worse guest service. Arrived for one night because was close to Palais 12. Rooms: doors didn’t close properly. Doorknob from bathroom door felt apart. Bathroom: shower was full of mold. Guest service: ask for extra towels and late check-out… the reception lady - Mrs. Pushchaeva answered rude and misbehaved to us… never again this hotel…

We tour Belgium for a few days.
We used Ibis on a couple of times
This one near the Atomium was fine albeit a little 'older', a little more 'worn out as its counterpart.
