"In continuation with my previous review , I would like to mention about the courteous attitude of the staff in the morning breakfast buffet . The staff included Saptarshi, Shejean assisted by Victoria and Temien They were always very cheerful Coordinating all requirements with a smiling face. Never saw them disturbed .They always made us feel homely. They were always joyful. Chef Manoj and Ashis made our dining experience awesome. Personal attention by house keeping staff Dihud and Sinlo made us feel comfortable and special. Thanks to all"

"Clean well appointed rooms, well - trained, courteous staff. Excellent breakfast and wide dinner options. Clean,modern bathrooms. We stayed for 2 nights, lift wasn't operational. The view outside the room is nothing to write home about. Parking available."

"flush not working cockroach was crawling in the washroom the pillows were full of thicks damn i killed two of them on top of that there were chewed gutka found on the bed it was such a horrible experience wasted my money for no reason"
