The laundry service is very good. I have always had a complimentary breakfast and I am very happy with it. However, the spread could be better. The staff could be a little bit more presentable. From a stay perspective, I will definitely recommend this place. Specially mentioned Front desk staff Ms.Nandhini.she was very dedicated"

However, i again appreciate the manager, ( i think his name is mr arun ) for his exemplary service. One example, when my relative misplaced his mobile phone, and vacated his room. Manager rushed to the car parking spot with that phone, and handed over it to us. Great."

"Sipa’s hideout is such a thoughtfully designed place. I stayed there for 3 days and while the location was spectacular (valley facing), the house itself was beautiful. With multiple sit out places, including a spacious garden overlooking the hills , a bird nest on one floor (for when you’re feeling too cold to sit outside and still want the view of the beautiful Kodai skies), and an outside sit out area surrounded by beautifully curated flowers and wooden bench to make you feel like you’re a Disney princess. The service too was impeccable, the host (Sabri) and the caretaker were always available on call for any queries and requests. Special shout out to the caretaker Jaqueline & her son Vetrival for their service & the best food that we had in all of Kodai. The food was homely yet delicious. Sipa’s hideout is a perfect place to getaway with your family to enjoy nature in then day , the magical skies in the evening and bonfire at night. I recommend this stay 100%."

"Warmth Hill Crest is a resort style hotel away from the hustle bustle of Kodaikanal town. Ideal for couples and travelers who want a relax in quiet surroundings. Be prepared for an off road experience for the last 2 Kms with climb but not hard. You will pass through eucalyptus trees to reach the property. Each room faces the valley. The staff of the hotel led by Mr. Arun were great and took care of our needs. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty with good variety. We were there for 2 days and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Would greatly recommend this property and will keep this as our first preference. "
