What an awesome stay!!! Brilliant staff. Very knowledgeable. Awesome pool and spa. Rooms were brilliant. Cannot praise them enough. Definitely be back to Vibe Hotel Docklands.

I loved the location — it’s set in a comfortable part of the Docklands with a shopping centre nearby. The room and bed were very good, providing a comfortable stay. However, my only disappointment was the cleanliness: many surfaces, including the cups, had fingerprints and grease marks, which suggested a lack of proper cleaning. I ended up cleaning them myself. That said, the staff were excellent — especially at the front desk, where they were professional, welcoming, and very helpful.

disappointing. they don’t even provide bottled water and charge for it, room showed quite a bit of wear and tear, room was dirty with significant amount of dust/i hope not mold at the ventilator, as shown in photo. carpets are dirty as well. bed and towels are clean thankfully

When I booked this room, the listing showed that it included a city view and a bathtub—unfortunately, I received neither. On top of that, there were no basic amenities like plates, cutlery, or even an oven or microwave to heat food, which is quite disappointing. The listing should clearly mention what is and isn’t included to avoid any confusion. I'm not sure whether the issue is with Trip.com or Vibe Hotel, but either way, it's very misleading. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate in the future. Thank you.

Very very dirty rooms, bathroom had filthy grime in corners of basin and shower. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed. Dust everywhere

Even though I arrived very late and only stayed for a little over ten hours, the hotel left a good impression on me.

No early check in service even if you give them a call before you arrive. For the people who drive overnight, I think early check in service is important.

Amazing view and the room was super tidy! Bed could have been more comfortable but service was impeccable. Thomas who was a newer worker went above and beyond to help us. Even sending extra pillows up past midnight for my bad neck.

Location is great (trams, shopping, dock). Cleanliness of the toilet is not that great. Shower tiles and basins weren’t clean upon our arrival.

The experience was excellent. I've always loved Dockland whenever I stay in Melbourne. Service was beyond my expectations. Prop to Ava, who had helped out during our stays and the front desk who went beyond explaining the parking rule around the area. Thank you so much!
