"I ordered one of the most beautiful rooms junior suite Ethno Chic Blue. Having arrived about 40 minutes after the call, I immediately paid the entire bill and bought champagne as a gift for my fiance. Opening the door of the room, a sharp, stale smell hit my nose. a dense layer of dust on surfaces and large balls of dust on the floor. I conclude that the room was not even checked before the guests arrived. As an apology, we were offered another room, which we initially did not want to take, but we had to because we arrived tired and simply did not have the strength to look for another place. after all, it was possible to check if everything was in order before letting guests in... they never explained to us why the room we ordered was not ready. The girl from the reception came up to the room to make sure. then she persistently repeated many times that she did not know why this happened. Conclusion: cleaning is a weak point. Please pay attention to the bathroom: there should be no hair in the bathroom, on the shelf by the mirror or on the floor! The toilet is covered in fungus, stains on the pillows and dead insects are unacceptable for a four star hotel. One of the advantages is a very comfortable bed. I wanted to buy a few more surprises from the list of services as a gift for my fiance, but our holiday, as well as our mood, was ruined. breakfast was the last straw. We didn’t want to worry any more, so we silently handed over the keys and left. nervous breakdown, shame and great disappointment - definitely not recommended!"

"I was there with my foamily and group of friends. We book it via Trip advisor. Location it self is excellent. You have some shops, pizza place, nearby there is bus station and funder more - train station convenient for travelling to Venice, Padova, Verona....Hotel has everting that was advertised, parking, resection on scheduled working hours', specious garden. Rooms are simple but clean and specious, there are no air-condition (as stated on website in May we did not need it, it was present temperature), breakfast was simple but delicious with good coffee. Restaurant is very interesting, short menu, the waitress didn't know English :) it was very interesting for order since we did not know Italian. Only thing I did not like is that we wait for food for very very very long time. It was problem since we have 5 children with us. Note that path around the hotel and in the front it is made of sand and is not suitable for any wheels. One part of hotel has elevator other don't. I feal really welcomed and happy there. Really recommend this place. "
