The hotel staff I met during the stay will take the initiative to greet the guests and have a friendly attitude. It is really not easy to maintain such a service level during the May Day holiday. Your high-quality service is the most satisfying part of my stay this time. The public area is elegant, the decoration is not luxurious, but the design is quite high-end, suitable for leisurely strolls and slow experience. The disadvantage is that the hotel is not large and some areas are still under construction. The room is in a new Chinese style, the design is quite satisfactory without much breakthrough, the hardware is very new and the brand is also high-end, and there is no much decoration smell. However, the pots of plants placed on the balcony have withered and yellowed, and the hotel needs to replace them in time. Overall, Banyan Tree Songshan Lake still has some areas to improve, but it is still worth recommending. There are various complaints online. After all, the hotel's basic room rate is close to the level of high-end hotels, and guests will definitely evaluate various details with higher standards. The hotel needs to continue to improve and position itself well.

The hotel room provided very professional tools, which is worthy of a resort-style hotel. The hotel's breakfast is in the Miyan Restaurant, which is very rich! The next morning, after eating and drinking, I borrowed a bicycle from the hotel and rode around Songshan Lake. The scenery was very good! The only drawback was that the air conditioner in the room was a bit loud at night, which should not be the case for a hotel of this level.

The hotel is located in a beautiful environment, with unique garden landscape, complete guest room facilities, and a sense of luxury.
