"The setting in a large park added to the charm of this nicely renovated château. We stayed in a junior suite. A large terrace and nice swimming pool are especially nice during summer time. A lot of nice villages also with nice restaurants close by."

"What we loved - the very friendly and helpful receptionist - the secure garage space for our bikes (the receptionist will unlock it for you) - the decor and details of the hotel - the good sized room (we went for the cheapest room) -the comfortable bed - the additional pillows and blankets - the coffee and relaxing tea available in the room - the little fan heater available in the room - the basic toiletries - the view from our room was the main courtyard which was beautiful and quiet"

"Main reason to stay here is the restaurant - reviewed separately - which was astounding. Staff were very nice and the hotel is in a lovely spot. Our room was pleasant although somewhat dated, especially the bathroom. We went to the pool at the sister hotel, having initially tried the Mediterranean garden with freshwater pool which felt a bit unloved and wasn’t tempting as a place to relax in the heat. Didn’t try breakfast as we were still quite full from dinner. Would definitely return but mainly for the restaurant."
