While there are limited parking spots directly in front of the hotel, there's a spacious parking lot around the back, complete with EV charging stations! We had booked a king room but were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a family room. The room also came equipped with a humidifier, which was a nice touch. We had a pretty good stay overall! On the 6th floor, there's a laundry room with nine washing machines, though no tumble dryers. However, they provide a drying area. I'd heard clothes could dry in just over an hour; being from the humid south, I was naturally skeptical. But I gave it a try, and to my surprise, it actually worked! This place is truly incredibly dry!

Really good service and friendly staff all around. Huge rooms, big breakfast spread, and free noodles in the evening. A little pricey though for the city location but walking distance to most shopping and the night market.

Booked two nights at this hotel for Mogao caves tour. Service at the hotel is excellent. Better than any other l have stayed before. Room is very clean and updated. It way exceeded my expectations . Photo shows tea set with two kinds of nice tea provided.

Exceeded expectations. I didn't have high hopes for hotels during peak travel season, and while the hotel's facilities weren't particularly impressive, the service was truly exceptional. The parking lot was also spacious and convenient, and we encountered many delightful surprises. This has been the best service we've experienced throughout our trip. After walking 15,000 steps, a relaxing foot soak in the evening was exactly what I needed. Thank you.

The service was excellent. Upon check-in, they proactively helped with our luggage and even brought it all the way to our room. We received complimentary apricot tea, yogurt, and plenty of bottled water. The complimentary Liguang peaches were also incredibly fresh and refreshing. While the facilities had a few minor imperfections – the showerhead holder was a bit loose, the bathroom door lock was broken, and the smart toilet's bidet function wasn't working – overall, it was still excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

This is absolutely the best hotel we can find in Dun Huang.  the hotel room is a big and a very clean. The people here is a super friendly. The food is wonderful as well. I would’ve recommended this hotel to anyone visiting DunHuang 

This is my first visit to this hotel, and I must say the facilities and staff attitude are quite good. However, there are a few minor inconveniences: 1. After a long day of walking, if I want to soak my feet, I have to carry a heavy wooden bucket to the bathroom to fill it with water, which is inconvenient and risks straining my back. It would be more practical if a hot water kettle was provided in advance . 2. The room has limited wardrobe space, requiring clothes to be stacked on top of each other, and there are not enough hangers, which can be inconvenient at times . 3. The room does not provide ear-hook coffee; instead, only three-in-one coffee is available, which I’m not very accustomed to drinking .

A little disappointing.  The breakfast was worse than cheaper hotels in Gansu and they do not accept western credit cards despite the higher cost.  There were also no dryers in the laundry room though plenty of washers.

Wonderful experience. Good location, very very nice staff, superb facilities!

The room was very big and clean. The room was equipped with all conforts. There were some markets near the area. The staff doesn't speak english and doesn't accept foreign credit card but only Alipay and Wechat (we had Visa but didn't accept). The hotel has tour desk so you can manage day trip tò the sorrounding area. The breakfast had only asian cuisine, there was a Little desk with some sweets for foreign. The overall judgement Is a good hotel.

New amenities, very good breakfast. About 15-20 mins walk from the night market. The hotel is generally clean, the staff are super friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel very near a great restaurant “清真马哥烤羊排” Walking distance 1.5 km to the night market .. went in November temperature 5-10 enjoy cold air. Very good service, staff is very helpful and polite. The travel agency at the hotel also very helpful and help to plan and advise on itineraries.

6 Stars service from counter to room service to 2nd flr breakfast restaurant. I had food poisoning on day 1 after consuming a mutton BBQ stick. Next morning went to 2nd flr breakfast restaurant 小慶kindly helps me to bring my simple light breakfast to the table. Next morning breakfast she greeted me whether I am ok while cleaning tables a distance away and advise me to eat light breakfast not even my travelling partners did that She did the same on the 3rd morning. She kindness really impressed me. I gave her tips she refused to accept n asked for good review. Your hotel is a 以人为本的management.

This hotel has a wonderful & terrific team of staffs. From check-in to check-out, your staffs were incredible. Thanks to the amazing team for always greeting us with a smile and ever ready to open the door and see us to the elevator. Breakfast spread was decent but not to our liking (it is not your fault, just that we prefer American breakfast) nevertheless the restaurant team were attentive and always smile. To the wonderful folks at the front desk, your professionalism and courtesy made checking in and out a breeze. Many thanks for a lovely experience!
