"I was surprised at how nice the hotel room accommodations were. The rooms were excellent, roomy, the bar refrigerator was an extra large refrigerator, full sink and plenty of storage place. I didn’t realize that the hotel was Immediately next to the top of the Powder Monkey ski lift. Incredibly convenient to start your snowboarding day. We really appreciated the included breakfast which was pretty solid."

"Old Clark is well located in Marlinton for motorcycling Pocahontas county . Covered bike parking is nice , along with an available air compressor. Accomodations are comfortable but not fancy -go to Snowshoe if you require fancy. Lots of choices are provided for the Continental breakfast and lunch / evening meals are just a short walk in town with several options. Great value and friendly staff , too !
