"Facilities: Facilities are average. The hairdryer has a problem; it automatically shuts off after a few dozen seconds. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is acceptable, but the room wasn't cleaned after two nights of stay. It only got cleaned after three consecutive nights... This is a bit strange. Environment: The room environment is average. However, the hotel itself has resort facilities, a restaurant, a beer bar, and a mini-golf course. Many locals come to relax on weekends, so the overall atmosphere is quite relaxing. Service: Service is acceptable; the staff are quite polite."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were attentive and welcoming, even though I arrived late for check-in, which I really appreciated. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and one of the highlights was being able to see local wildlife around the property, making the stay feel more unique. There were a few downsides. Although the apartment includes a kitchen, it wasn’t fully equipped—basic items such as cups and pots were not provided, which made self-catering difficult. The water pressure was also inconsistent, and the hot water occasionally disappeared during use. Despite these issues, the clean rooms, friendly service, and opportunity to experience the surrounding wildlife made for an enjoyable stay."

"This was the most inhospitable homestay I’ve experienced in over 10 years. The room was extremely small, with barely any space to move around, and definitely not suitable for two people. The bedsheets had an unpleasant smell, as if they hadn’t been properly washed. There were no convenient charging points near the bed, so I had to leave my phone on the floor to charge due to the awkward power outlet location. The fridge in the room was also very noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, there were mosquitoes in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. The swimming pool was very small and did not match the photos shown. Furthermore, there were multiple discrepancies between the listing and the actual experience. The booking policy stated that breakfast would be available until 10 AM; however, during my stay, the host told me breakfast service ended at 9 AM, which was misleading and inconvenient. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this place to other guests."

"I have been to the Rose and Crown for meals a few times over the years all in their outdoor garden areas. What a beautiful surprise to see the indoor restaurant , it is so cozy with the welcoming fire, white table cloths and classy feel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, however my pet hate of being called “guys” was disappointing as the decor is so classy I felt this pulled down the quality of the venue, it was like I was being welcomed onto Virgin airlines, who are known for “Hi guys” and this restaurant is certainly at a higher serving standard than Virgin airlines! Prices and quality of the food was very good. We will certainly be returning to this multi seasonal hotel. Highly recommend. "

"Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for my family and we had an enjoyable stay. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The living and dining room is spacious and the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to prepare some simple meals. The sofa bed is too soft and doesn't have sufficient support. I informed the house keeping who promptly laid a mattress topper on it although it is still a bit soft. Would suggest the management or owner to replace it or prepare rollaway beds instead. From the backyard, you can see wildlife like kangaroo, ducks and parrots. It would be good if there is a kids club in Novotel resort to keep the kids entertained. It's walking distance from Sebel to Novotel via the tennis courts but takes about 5 mins to drive. Overall, I would recommend the Sebel Swan Valley if you are travelling around Swan Valley area."

"The location is not closed to Perth station, need to walk 15 mins. But it is closed to William street and there are a variety of restaurants! We stayed for two nights. The room in second night is is too small and we cannot open a big luggage. There is no hair conditioner provided. Please bring your own. We were located near the car park on ground floor. It was very noisy. Staff is nice to lend us umbrella when it was raining."
