Ibis Styles Luzern City

The hotel location is fine and the room is quite good. However, the check in was delayed and the receptionist tried to impose a higher city tax on me.

Very nice hotel close to bus stop, lion monument and super market. Short walk or 5 min bus ride to Luzern train station.

Here are a few points of feedback: Friendly Staff: The staff were generally friendly and polite. When I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, the staff provided space for storing my luggage. Comfortable Accommodations: The room I stayed in was generally comfortable and clean, providing a decent level of comfort during my stay. However, there were a few minor maintenance issues that could be addressed, such as the brightness of the light. Also, the spray at the toilet did not function properly. The dining options at the hotel were satisfactory. While the meals I had were tasty, I felt that there could have been a bit more variety in the menu offerings, especially for guests staying for an extended period.

My trip is on next month. But I accidentally booked one night for this month. Can’t contact the hotel. Can’t do anything about it. And for some reason, the hotel refuse to modify the date to next month.😅😅 Dude I’m in SG right now, how can I be there ❓❓❓

Location is about a 15-minute walk from the main train station which is not bad. The room is dated and and need to be renovated. The carpet of the hallway smells and the top edge of the blanket smells. It smells like it hasn’t been washed and dried properly and there’s still the smell of sweat and/or salvia from former customers. The bathtub is way too high. The bed is too soft and the pillows are way too thick. The rooms and the property need updating. There are 3 things I like about this hotel though - 1) room is spacious enough, 2) air conditioning is strong enough, and 3) breakfast surprised on the upside. All in all, I still wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I think it has to do better than this given the price.

Room is big and comfy. However, the check-in process is very slow and we have waited more than 20 minutes until we get our room keycard.

Our stay at the Ibis Style Lucerne Hotel was exceptional. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations made it a perfect choice for our family. The central location allowed easy exploration of Lucerne's charm, and the hotel's amenities (including bus pass) catered well to our needs. We created lasting memories together, and the overall experience was delightful for everyone.

The location of hotel is in old town area, like 15 mins walk from Luzern station. The room is warm in Feb but the bed is too soft to sleep. The breakfast is nice and varieties is enough. Fruit are fresh and coffee is great too. The staff is friendly and supposed room cleaned daily but they missed out one day.

The room is clean and the bed is soft n comfortable. There is a balcony that you can have some fresh air . I slept very well . Location is convenient.
