Location good. Only a few minutrs walk from Luzern HBF. Room is clean. Love it, when I see how many sockets the room has near the desk and bed-side tables. Very convenient to recharge all the devices. Room temperature is also perfect. I dont need any heating even though I used to get cold easily even during autumn. Helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Enjoyable experience.

The hotel offers a convenient location near the train station, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. From a facilities standpoint, everything met expectations. However, the service provided during the night shift was disappointing. Shortly after midnight, I contacted the front desk for assistance with locating an Apple Store or confirming the train route to the airport, as my phone screen had just been damaged. The staff member on duty displayed impatience and a clear unwillingness to communicate. He repeatedly told me not to worry in front of him and to “figure it out myself,” which was both unhelpful and unprofessional. His information was also inconsistent—first claiming the Apple Store near the train station could repair phones, then insisting there was no Apple Store in the area. When I approached the reception directly for further assistance, he again refused to help. By contrast, the morning receptionist was courteous, patient, and provided clear guidance, including the fact that a train transfer was required to reach the airport—details the night staff had not mentioned. It is unfortunate that one staff member’s attitude overshadowed an otherwise positive experience. With more consistent and professional service across all shifts, this hotel would be an excellent choice for travelers.

We love this hotel. It is so covenient to access the public transportation station from the hotel. The staff is really nice and helpful. 5’ to Lucern’s signature, Chapel Bridge :)

Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a convenient location close to the main train station. Steps away from Grocery stores and food options. Nice design and vibe for the rooms

Very near train. Good service

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The best 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Has Refurbished rooms. There is plenty of well trained staff to serve you. Centrally located and only 1/2 block to the main train station. It’s easy to bring your luggage to the station so you can go to your next city. The train station also has many food vendors and a couple of markets to buy sandwiches and salads and baked goods.

Hotel staffs were very friendly. The hotel is super near the train station if you figured out the exit at the back of the train station. Hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. It set the bar pretty high for the remaining of our trips.

Just right across the train station if u exit by the correct exit. Walking distance to the major attractions in the city. Breakfast has a good selection. U can check out the hotel, leave the luggage at the hotel do a day trip and collect the luggage and take the train to the next destination if you are having the train pass . There’s a church bell ringing at certain times of the day.

Location is good very near the train station and attractions. Staff is very friendly and the room is big enough to open 2 luggage on the floor. however they don’t top up used amenities. The pillow is very flat

The room is quite small and around 150m2, definite not 25m2 as mentioned. Breakfast is okay and good service is provided by the reception. Overall, price is quite expensive.
