"I cannot rate our stay in this wonderful hotel enough. We were there for a week and felt like we were leaving family behind. The spa treatments were professional and super relaxing. The spa (pool and jacuzzi) was wonderful and really appreciated after tough hikes and golfing days. The location was perfect. The chef was absolutely amazing with presentation of dishes one of the best I have seen. The staff were spectacular, friendly, helpful and it was a pleasure spending time with them. Thanks to Ruben for his knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. We will definitely be back!!"

"This is the second year we have stayed at this hotel during the snow season, and it won't be the last! We have stayed for several days both times, taking breakfast with dinner and a ski pass. The treatment received by all the staff was excellent, with Jordi at the reception, who is charming, Lluis who is the owner and chef, the guys in the dining room who are very kind and attentive, the cleaning staff who were very nice, and not to forget the dog and "doorman" Nen, who is very nice haha! A strong point is the location, as it is very close to the Funicamp and you have a stop for the funibus, which is free, 100 meters from the hotel. The rooms are very clean and well equipped, and this year you can see that they have given them a facelift and are more modern and welcoming. Another point in its favor is the free ski storage service, which is next to the reception, and is very comfortable. The breakfast is a buffet that is varied, very good, and they replenish it all the time. The best thing, of course, is dinner, with an a la carte menu with quality products prepared with great care, and a variety of homemade desserts, all prepared by the owner and chef, Lluis. There are several paid parking lots near the hotel, and some of them are very cheap. It is worth checking the prices beforehand, because there is a big difference in price from one to another, even if they are close to each other. "What's good about this hotel? 1. It's cheap (in all sense of the word) 2. WHEN IT WORKS the showers are great with nice soft water What's bad? 1. It's 5km away from anything. If you stay here you will either need a car or be t the mercy of the bus service that runs 4 times a day at very inconcenient times. The last bus from the town leave at 19.30 so forget seeing any nightlife. Taxi's are few and far in between. 2. The rooms are dirty. There were lots of hairs in my bathroom floor. There was a nasty stain in the wall - could have been blood or something sililarly nasty. 3. Smells of sewerage. Came and went - not nice. 4. Heated to ther point of being stifling. It was so hot we couldn't sleep without the windown open. 5. There was a hair on the sausage that is served at breakfast. 6. The hot water failed one morning, meaning we couldn't have a hot shower. 7. Staff are generally unhelpful. Didn't seem to care. Butr I guess if you work somewhere that terrible you must become immune to the endless complains. 8. Hallway lighting: Didn't always work. Made the place seem really edgy. 9. Dangerous. There were brooms and otehr cleaning equipment stored on the fire exit. 10. Parking: There are 2 petrol stations right outside the hotel and limited parking. Your car can't block the petrol stations. 11. Smokey: All the public creas seemed to be constantly full of cigarette smoke. 12. Thye bar prices are very high and remember you are pretty much stranded here."
