"This is not a luxury hotel.....you are not paying for a luxury hotel! you are paying for a typical ski hotel. The rooms are super clean the food is very school dinners (but hearty and tasty this is not a complaint) yes it smelt a bit foisty as you came into reception but this in no way impacted our experience. The staff were all friendly and the location was good the free bus to take you to the Funicamp stops a little way up or down the street for the money we paid I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again."

Very poorly soundproofed hotel when we came to relax without children and discomfort due to the very high temperature of the room, unable to lower the temperature. The hotel spa was nice but extremely disappointed by the massage. We reported everything to reception but no worries. We will not return to this hotel too bad because we love Andorra and its magnificent hotels"

All accepted and fine but 12 hours later I receive a call from the owner telling us that the booking was cancelled and that they accepted the booking by mistake. They were keen to let us know and give us time to find another place …..so thank you so much for your excellent service in a five star hotel where you accept a booking and then you cancel it, but you are too kind to let us know that we have still time to find another place. Pathetic"

Impeccable service from all the staff, both at reception and in the dining room. A generous and varied buffet breakfast. Fabulous value for money.
