"I stayed one night at this hotel, hoping that I could sleep well and not be late for the airport, because my flight was very early. You can only check in after 4 pm. What I regret is, I called up to 5 times but none of the receptionists wanted to pick up. Until when I arrived, the receptionist apologized because the connection was not installed. It's really something very regrettable for the engraving of an international hotel chain but there is no telephone connection. I arrived at 12 pm just because the phone connection didn't work and only slept for 4 hours. At 4 o'clock I went to the reception and asked for a coupon to be delivered by the shuttle to the airport. Had to wait quite a long time because he was sent to be a datu with a band crew with a lot of equipment and a complicated family group that brought a lot of goods. I also have to wait to get in, arrange things including unloading things. This hotel is not worth being used as a transit right with its minimalist facilities and unfriendly staff let alone not wanting to pick up the phone. It is better to stay in another transit hotel or stay in the CBD."

"The Apartment is a building that is adjacent to the main hotel itself it looks like they have bought an old Victorian and converted it into a three bedroom two bathroom penthouse it was very clean very spacious and looks like it is slowly being improved and updated I would highly recommend this for a family stay close to Melbourne"

"The hotel is just 10 minutes walk to Terminals 1,2,3, and 5 minutes walk to Terminal 4. It's bigger than the regular Ibis and everything is new. But you need to pay AUD15 per room to use the pool and gym. The pool closes at 8pm. Good thing is that restaurant closes at 10pm (arrive earlier for last order), which is rare in Melbourne"

"Not bad given the price. High CP value, it’s a 10-15 mins walk from bell station, and not close to city center. Suitable for student or solo travellers who budget travel. And not a very sociable/ hostel hostel!"
