"The hotel is very close to the train station and offers free airport pick-up and drop-off services. The front desk staff are very polite. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are kept very clean. The only thing to note is that you need to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers."

"A standard business hotel, clean and tidy. It's about 5 minutes from the airport, and there's a shuttle available at the hotel entrance to take you there."

"Considering the location, the price is quite reasonable. The executive room is very spacious, with a small living room and a kitchen. However, the kitchenware was quite dirty, and there were a few cockroaches! The air conditioning in our first room was broken, so we had to switch. In the second room, we then discovered the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working."

"We booked a room for one night as we had a very early flight the next day. The hotel is right next to T4 and within walking distance of every other terminal. They offer a shuttle bus service to T1 and T2, which was a 2-3 minute ride.  However, the bed was small and it was quite noisy at night. There were loud machine noises throughout the night and we couldn’t get a proper night’s rest, which kind of defeated the purpose of an airport hotel.  We wanted to get some water - whether filtered or boiled or bottled and this was not available at the hotel apart from the bar which had steep prices. There were also no convenience stores nearby which was annoying.  The thing that frustrated me most was, I explicitly asked the staff how long the tax refund would take in order to plan my time well. I was informed that the entire process would only take 5-10 minutes. I ended up waiting around 1.5 hours at the queue of the tax refund. I would expect a staff working at an airport hotel to not mislead me on this.  Overall not very satisfactory… I won’t bother with an airport hotel next time."
