"We were double charged at the check-in. But explained the staff a the reception who corrected mistakes and refunded. Also their counter day rate was cheaper than trip.com. We extended one night but the rate was much more expensive (Sunday night). We should have booked it online rather at the reception. Hotel room is small and basic but clean tidy. Bed was comfortable. Shower cubicle gets all wet over the bathroom floor due to lack of shower curtain."

"I start by saying that we have a four-year-old girl and it has seen us that she has enjoyed a lot. You put your eggs in the rack of boiling them and leave them the time you think; spectacular butter, good insets and varied fruit. Good capuchino. Full breakfast. That's worth it. Hotel 200m from the square with fantastic restaurants and a luxury square and cathedral. The hotel is located in the centre of the city centre and is located in the centre of the city centre. "We were so looking forward to a 3 night stay at the mansion, including breakfast. The area was lovely and the surrounding so peaceful and so very French, which we loved. We had a room on the 4th floor which being over 21 was not an easy task carrying all our luggage ( no lift of course) The staff were very friendly and helpful. On a disappointing note , the room was very tired , it had staples holding some of the wall Paper up , the fan was broken and was taped together, the window was cracked in the bathroom and panels hanging off the bath, and generally could do with being looked after , which was a shame. Breakfast was fine, did not eat at the hotel , but the town was lovely and so were many surrounding villages . We enjoyed it but it could do with a little TLC. "

"A lovely small hotel with only 11 rooms where the owners take great pride in ensuring their guests have a pleasant time. The rooms are warm and comfortable. There s nice living room with a fire to relax and have a drink, a heated pool and a wellness area. There s also the possibility to use some bikes. Breakfast is typical French, starting with a local juice and then some sweet and/or salty. If possible , you should really eat at their restaurant, there s only one fixed menu (plus a veggie option upon request) but it is definitely worthwhile: fresh, tasteful and beautiful. The owner also knows his wines, so you ll have plenty of quality bottles to choose from. The location is a bit remote, so you ll need a car to visit the area."

"We reached Erawan pretty late, at dark, in a snow day. Because communication channel with Trip.com did g allow the owner to reach us (phone nor email), we reached an empty, closed venue. Which I have to stay is pretty upsetting when it is -2 outside. However, after few phone calls, and relevant explanations, we got welcomed warmly by the owner and the neighbor business owner and we moved in accordingly. Thank you to the neighbor businessman to help us carry our heavy luggage till the 2nd floor!! Beautiful house and deco; beautiful bedroom BUT, extremely cold toilet and bathroom (supposed to be a hammam??? We never found the way to turn it into a hammam…. It is gorgeous…. But… damn cold!) Again, the house is very beautifully decorated which was so nice to experiment for breakfast. Do try this place which bedrooms names are themed on Thailand! :-)"

"We stayed here one night on our way from Dordogne to Calais. It’s a beautiful place, we had a nice but small bedroom and everything was nice and clean. The grounds are spacious with sparse planting around the castle. Dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced. Nice wine as well. The service was OK. Breakfast was OK, but no one there to let us know where to get coffee and find the different dishes. We had to find cutlery to serve us selves with. So plus for the food, minus for the service."
