"We visited in july 2025, and had a great stay. Travelling with two teenage boys ages 15 and 17 we were given adjoining rooms on the top floor of the châteaux. (No elevator, so if you are not good with stairs, book on lower floors). Rooms had fridge, aircondition and chairs and table so we could keep water cool and have a game of cards in the evenings. The swimmingpool is heated and never crowded. No-one reserves sunbeds by placing towels, so there is always room for you and the hotel provides bathrobes and slippers for all guests. There is also an indoor swimmingpool that my husband and son used on a rainy day, and they said it was lovely. The garden is beautiful and tranquile, and a perfect place to relax with a paper or book. A special thanks to Flavian, the concierge, who showed us around, told the story of the châteaux and its gardens and was eager to share tips and advise on what to see and do in the region. Our French is very limited, so it was nice to get friendly help in english. ♥️"

"We stayed here for two days and used the property as a base for the region. Despite the rush hour traffic the drive from CDG was easy. The property is charming and the owners are extremely helpful in every little way from helping with the luggage to dinner reservations. Rooms are nicely decorated, we had a one bedroom suite on the top floor. Excellent breakfast every day. Les Andelys is a charming little town to relax in. Our stay was so nice I didn’t want to leave."

"Stayed here 3 times now on our way to and from Spain. Excellent overnight stop. Great rooms, excellent restaurant, great staff and the added attraction of being on the River Seine with the huge barges going up and down stream. Can't wait for our stop next year!"

"The landlord was very nice. The car encountered a road closure at the high speed. It took a long detour to return to the high speed, resulting in a lot later than expected. The landlord was told about this situation by the phone, and he said he was willing to wait. He also prepared sandwiches and drinks. The chicken and egg sandwiches were delicious. The location is particularly good, 13 minutes walk to Monet Gardens. The homestay has a large courtyard, the rooms are clean and stylish, very comfortable."

"In the town, the door was closed and the bell needed to be ringed. The first time we saw it was locked and circled a big circle. The hotel is an ancient castle, very beautiful, there is no elevator, the box is the waiter to help carry it to the third floor, thank you. There is no restaurant, but you can order takeaway. The room is large, the bathroom design is unreasonable, and the overall is perfect."
