"Regarding the room, the bath towels were all frayed, the dust hadn't been removed from under the beds for several weeks, and the sheets had hair and fur on them. Had they even been changed? As for the meal, the mixed salad was small and barely mixed, the stew was decent, but the extra 5 CHF per person for what was already an ample portion of spätzle was a major disappointment."

"Came back for a re-visit been 20 or so times to Arolla. Family have been visiting since 1965. Came with the whole family so a group of 7 of us. Dinner was as always AMAZING. The steak and butter sauce is oit of this world. The fondu was delicious. Give them a visit if you can."

"For our second, unfortunately too short, visit to this small hotel, we were able to enjoy a room with a large balcony, adorned with flowers just like in the photo. Very clean (as always in Switzerland)... A very quiet village with authentic charm. A warm welcome and an impeccable breakfast. Dogs welcome."

"Great hotel in Arolla, located on Haute Route and close distance to multiple restaurants, bars and bus stop. Easy check in, room was small but with comfy bed and sink, communal bathroom and shower. Food not included in stay, their pizza in the restaurant was quite tasty although service was extremely slow."
