"I recently stayed at this 3-star hotel seems like 1star and was quite disappointed. The beds were uncomfortable, and mattresses were cheap worn-out making it hard to get a good night's sleep and gave backaches every morning,so pathetic, To make matters worse, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, and hallway which was very off-putting at some point we all felt choking . I expected a better experience for the price. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel group IBIS! And i feel Australian health regulations should take this location seriously!"

"We needed overnight accommodation to attend a gig at Musicland in Fawkner and chose this place based on the good reviews (and awful reviews of the cheaper choices closer to the venue). Check-in was super friendly and welcoming and our 1-bedroom apartment was very spacious, immaculate and modern in furnishings. Parking was right out the front, if a little tight once the spaces filled up later in the day. We were grateful to have an apartment at the back of the property away from busy Sydney Road and it was surprisingly quiet both day and night inside our room. The location was good for our needs, a few minutes drive from Musicland, while easily accessible from major freeways into Melbourne. It's not really a tourist area but the property was quite full even on a weekday night so there's clearly demand for a good quality stay in this location all the same. We were very pleased with our brief stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone needing accommodation in this area."

"Stayed here for 4 nights with my 3 children. Check-in was quick and smooth, with a complimentary litre of milk. Pool and spa quite spacious - spa was perfect temperature. There's an outdoor playground as well as an indoor playground, table tennis, giant chess, giant connect 4, kids TV area, outdoor cinema, adults TV area and gym. Amenities, laundry, and camp kitchen were all clean as easily accessible. There's a Woolworths just down the road."

"The room appeared noticeably older than the photos, and there was no hairdryer or Wi-Fi information provided in the room, which was a bit inconvenient, the location was also less than ideal due to ongoing nearby construction, with noise continuing throughout the night and affecting sleep quality. On a positive note, the welcome drink was a nice touch, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the bar and restaurant."
