The location is superb. Breakfast is great with a number of varieties like pastry, cold cut, fresh fruits, dairy milk and yoghurt, etc and a magnificent view. Responsive service from front desk during check in/out and restaurant.
Mattress is so hard compared to other 4/5 stars hotels in Italy. I have booked double room which comes with 2 single mattresses aligned to each other. We also smell some old furniture smell in room.

The service is super five-star, comparable to the general Four Seasons. The building was originally the home of a Florentine nobleman. The rooms are very historic and well decorated, and the leaded stained windows are very beautiful. The location is first-class, 2 minutes from the train station. The rooftop restaurant is delicious and the view is very good
