Hotel is terrible. Dungeon style. They advertise a type of room with custom furniture, and an acceptable finish, and when you arrive they give you a dirty room, smelling of mold, laminate flooring all defective and with a bad smell, air conditioning spraying water everywhere. Bad experience!

Well located, I had no problems with the reservation, parking is separate, and the entrance is very tight.

It exceeded expectations, for the value for money, the hotel is very well located, where we can enjoy the beautiful central region of Florianópolis, such as the public market...

Normal service, nothing exceptional. Simple hotel, torn but clean sheets. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Take a good shower. Reasonable breakfast. For the price paid, it was worth it.

Very simple old hotel room ! Value-for-money accommodation is ok for those of you who go to a hotel just to sleep. Very good breakfast.

My experience was terrible, before staying I couldn't contact the hotel, no phone number was answered, when we arrived they hadn't booked the room, we spent almost an hour waiting for them to arrange a room, they forgot to book it, I asked for a note, they didn't issue it, they said that they would send by email, even though they didn't even request the email, I insisted and leave the email, I didn't receive the note and I can't contact them.

I witnessed extremely rude treatment from staff at breakfast with my teammates.

It's amazing how bad this hotel can be. When I heard the references I didn't believe it, when I saw it I still didn't believe it. The impression it gave was that Getúlio Vargas stayed in my room because it was so old and dirty. Disgusting towels, extremely stained, the sheets were disgusting. I suggest that if you make the same mistake I did, take towels and sheets from home if you don't want to catch an STD.

I booked three nights on the TRIP website for 2 adults and 2 children, one of which is special, as it is TEA, for a stay in Florianópolis, between 12/31 and 01/03, paying the amount of R$ 1785.00 as per the photo in annex, and at no time was I notified that the hotel was undergoing renovations, however upon arrival, you immediately noticed from the outside the precariousness of the hotel's structure, with renovation material right in the front and side view of the hotel, and when I introduced myself at the reception, I was also not informed about the renovation and I had to pay R$ 150.00 for 3 nights at the garage, which is on the same street and I had to leave and pick up the car, but when I entered room 611, I couldn't believe what I saw and felt it, because the musty smell was horrible, and did not match the photos presented on the website, the walls below the window were cracked, with remains of work on the outside of the window, there were no 4 towels, only 2 and they looked horrible, very thin and smelly and when asked 2 more towels, I was informed that only the next morning, when the maid would arrive and offered me a face towel that was on the reception desk, I took the car and went to buy 4 towels, they didn't have 2 extra beds, that is, I only had 1 double bed and 1 single, and I paid for 4 people, and there was no way to put the bed either, the toilet lid was very dirty and no one had the courage to use the toilet, the curtain was very dirty, qualities of the sheets and pillows, which were too thin from so much use, the bathroom stall was broken, the bathroom lining was green like the bathroom lining from so much mold, the closet looked good, as it was very old, dirty and thin from so much use. we left at 10:30 pm and when we returned at 2:30 am, we packed our things and tried to rest, but we couldn't even do that, we left immediately in the morning, without even having the courage to look at the quality of the breakfast and without eating anything, and when asking for the return of the 2 daily parking fees for the garage, the receptionist Maria, the only one who was attentive until then, explained that she was only with the manager and that she was off work, she asked me to call at 7:00 pm and she informed me that she replied that in order for the R$ 100.00 to be refunded, I have to send an email to the ombudsman, who is accompanying this complaint, where I demand a refund of the 3 nights for the apartment and the garage, even though I know that I used 1 night, but it is It is impossible for a hotel to operate in this state, and if it is not met, I will file a lawsuit in the small claims court, as my wife is a lawyer and we have already prepared the entire dossier and petition for the action, because if the hotel is under renovation, there would be no vacancy for it. accommodation for a room without the minimum condition of use, if I do not resolve my chargebacks, I will be the biggest detractor of this hotel's brand.

Bad room. Old, musty smell and does not match the photos. My companion started coughing after turning on the air conditioning. Bathroom sink not closed and no one was sent to fix it. They said they put it in the maintenance logbook. During the day there is work in the hotel, with the noise of hammers and machines. I asked to change rooms so I could rest after traveling all night and they informed me that the noise was on all floors and that they would not change it. I checked out early and lost money because there is no refund.

The hotel is old, but we were informed that the rooms are under renovation. Our room was not renovated, but we noticed the renovation when opening the window because it was full of construction debris on the sill. The bathroom has dark green tiles and the ceiling was supposed to be white, but it was the color of the tile because of so much mold. The mattress is not comfortable, the closet smells like mold and the floor was not clean. We were not informed of the cleaning time for the room and, when we asked, they said there was no more time. The breakfast was good. Overall, bad experience.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel....everything was fine with the cleanliness, by the way it was impeccable. The room was always big and the bathroom was bigger, I loved it!! The breakfast is complete and full of deliciousness, spectacular! The staff are very attentive and concerned about our well-being.

Hotel well located with easy access, great breakfast but the place needs a lot of improvements, only 1 socket in the room worked and the light had problems in addition to cleaning that left something to be desired.
