It was a convenient hotel with nice and clean rooms. Simple layout for families.

Very satisfied. After learning the route, I flew to Hakata. The facilities are clean, it's easy to get in and out with a key number, and there's a 24-hour front desk attendant, so it's convenient. If it rains suddenly, you can rent an umbrella and leave a gong with you. The induction function is also very good, so you can enjoy delicious grilled wagyu from Ropia, and there is a table so you can eat and relax comfortably. Separate bathroom and toilet. The bathroom has a shower system without a bathtub, but I liked it better. The water pressure and shower head were good, so the shower foot bath and full body shower while sitting were as good as hot springs. A ramen restaurant next to the accommodation. An izakaya right in front, two or three convenience stores within a 5-minute walk. Welcia, which has cheap cold medicine, is nearby. Across from Wellsia, I realized that this was a very useful location as I was carrying medicine to a family member suffering from acute cold and indigestion during a trip to Oga Pharmacy. It was a home-like accommodation where I wanted to stay again.

The location is acceptable. I stayed in a family room with a total of 4 beds. The bed board of each bed was too bad and made a squeaking sound every time I turned over. The good aspects of the room include a washing machine and a small kitchen, which can meet general needs. Surrounded by streets there is no view at all.

It was a satisfactory accommodation with 4 double beds, a sofa and table for 4 people, a bar table for 4 people, cooking utensils, and a large refrigerator. It was a shame that the taxi drivers didn't know much about it because it was a new hotel and that it only had one bathroom, but it was a very satisfactory accommodation for a trip to Fukuoka as it was spacious enough for 4 people at an affordable price.

The room is large, with a kitchenette, coffee machine, tea bags on the first floor, disposable bath towels and toothbrushes, great value for money, satisfactory service, will stay again next time, great

It was a great stay experience! The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from JR Fukuoka Station; the staff at the counter speak very good English and are very friendly; the room is very comfortable, and the family of four is not crowded. It is exactly the same as the room in the photo, without any difference The place.

Really unexpected so good and convenient

It is a small hotel but relatively new and well maintained. Room is spacious and clean, just as the pictures on the website. Communication is done via a 'talking translator' - inspite of this challenge - the Front desk staff are helpful and pleasant. We had an enjoyable 2-week stay. If there is room for improvement, may we suggest 2 items. One, that the hotel provides a luggage rack in the room. Two, servicing of the guest room (done every 4 days) should include changing of the bedsheets.

Great family room for 4 to 6 persons

Spacious and well equipped with kitchen. Very clean and quiet. The check in and out process is simple and friendly. I would love to stay here again next time.

New and spacious. Property is closer to Canal City (5 mins walk) than to Hakata Station (10 minutes walk).

Great stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. I appreciated being able to select some hair products to try. The staff person on our check-out was particularly personable and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!
