"I booked the hotel for one night and can highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly, and the single room was beautifully furnished and, of course, clean. The hotel's proximity to the city center and train station, along with its short-notice cancellation policy, was perfect for my needs. Since I couldn't take advantage of the breakfast buffet due to my early departure, I received a very tasty and generous packed lunch for my journey home. Should I need to stay overnight in Fürth again, I will definitely book at Werners Boutique Hotel again. Thank you so much for everything!"

"The location of this hotel is very convenient to the train station and also the mall which is located right behind the hotel. The service of the staffs were very good too especially the front desk manager Johanna was very helpful. She allowed us to check-in early and her service attitude was really amazing. The breakfast at the hotel is just normal, not many varieties of dishes but good enough for a quick breakfast and get to work. the size of the room is normal."

"I am a VIP member of the Radisson program. I have stayed at a vast number of Radisson hotels around the world and fully understand the standards the chain is supposed to uphold. This place isn't a hotel; it is a total nightmare and an insult to guests—unprofessional, sloppy, contemptuous, and disgusting. We had been driving all day and were exhausted. When we arrived at the reception, there was no one there. We had to wait a long time before a bar worker in a dirty shirt came over and tried to check us in. It was obvious he was doing this for the first time; he couldn't even find our reservation. As a VIP member, I asked for a room upgrade and was promised a premium room. I always study the hotel website carefully before arrival, and I knew that, according to their description, a premium room is 35 square meters. Instead, I was given a room the size of a standard one—even though I had booked a family room. They gave me a room that was worse than what I had originally booked. I went back down and found the same bartender in the dirty shirt; I asked for the upgrade I was promised rather than being put in an inferior room, only to be told to get out of their hotel. Nowhere else in the world have I ever encountered such careless, inhumane treatment of customers. Do not stay here; they cut corners on everything, they hate you, and they would be happy to throw you out. I haven't even described a fraction of the hell the staff put me through; the reality was even worse."

"The hotel is very quiet in the central campsite of the old town of Fürth. Ideal to look at the beautiful Fürth old town and go bumbling, or to try the varied gastronomy. The rooms are simple and conveniently furnished. The shower has excited us because there was also very good water and not as often in hotels Rinsale. Breakfast is sufficient and bookable for € 9 (in my view a fair price). Parking is available free of charge in limited numbers in the courtyard. The check-in is made independently via a larger key box using a pre-supplied number code. All in all - 3-Sterne-Hotel - ideal for a short trip - simple and clean. Very affordable."
