Atour Hotels in Fuzhou

The hotel is in a good location. You can see the hotel from Exit A of Dongmen Station on Metro Line 4. It is only 2 subway stops to Sanfang Qixiang, which is quite convenient. The receptionist at the hotel helped to upgrade the room for free, which was great. As the trip was coming to an end, the children's clothes for catching the sea were washed by the hotel. The staff was very enthusiastic and organized them very neatly. They could be picked up directly after playing in Sanfang Qixiang. It only costs more than ten yuan to take a taxi from the hotel to Fuzhou Station, which takes about ten minutes. You can also take the subway to Fuzhou South Station and Fuzhou Station, which is convenient for travel. There are also rich food, drink and entertainment around. I will consider staying here next time I travel to Fuzhou. Yaduo's tea bags are also very good. I didn't bring tea leaves when I went out. I stayed in Pingtan for two nights in the homestay and there were no tea bags. I had nothing to drink. I continued to use them at Yaduo, and I was happy.

Atour is my absolute go-to for every trip; I wouldn't even consider other hotels. I'm incredibly particular about my bed and pillows – if they're not right, I simply can't sleep. Fun fact: I even use Atour pillows at home! Their service is consistently outstanding. The front desk team, both male and female staff, are always polite and incredibly thoughtful. Luggage storage is a breeze. To really dive into the local culinary scene, I sometimes order five or six different food deliveries in a single day – honestly, it gets to the point where I feel a bit sheepish! Once, when the robots couldn't keep up, a staff member even personally delivered an order to my room, haha. The Atour branch near Sanfang Qixiang is perfectly situated, offering super convenient access to the subway, major attractions, and fantastic local eateries. For all you solo adventurers out there, don't hesitate – book this hotel! Seriously, you can trust my recommendation! I've already arrived in Xiamen for my trip and guess what? I'm staying at another Atour here too, hahaha! Wishing everyone a wonderful life! Can't wait for my next stay!

This is a newly opened hotel, and I'm just average. Buses and subways are conveniently located nearby, and there's a supermarket, KFC, McDonald's, and other amenities nearby. A few things I wasn't very happy with: 1) The front desk constantly asks for your and your accompanying person's phone numbers upon check-in, requiring you to register for membership. I wasn't happy with this. 2) The hallway smelled strongly of perfume, and the room also had a strong, new decorating odor. I could smell the glue on the bedside table while I slept, which was quite pungent. 3) The room's soundproofing wasn't great either. I could hear the sound of the charger plugging in the room next door, and even after midnight, I could hear banging on the wall. I don't know what was going on, but it was quite disturbing. Overall, this was my first time staying at Atour Hotel, and I wasn't impressed. It's just a place to stay for a visit.

It's my first time staying in a hotel. I had a good experience and was very satisfied. The environment was very good and the room was very quiet. The guys at the front desk were very enthusiastic and greeted me proactively. The facilities were very complete, and there was a laundry room and so on. I recommend staying here.

Location of the hotel is excellent. The Doumen metro station is just a stone’s throw away. The reception staff gave a very warm welcome when we checked in. We enjoyed the breakfast selection very much. Food is tasty, not too salty or oily for foreigners. A must try is the 绿茶饼. Super yummy. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel stay experience was very warm and touching. When I first arrived at the hotel, I forgot the password to the password box, and the front desk enthusiastically helped me unlock it; I encountered an earthquake during my stay, and the front desk gently comforted me; when I went upstairs to eat, the restaurant lady cared and introduced Fuzhou cuisine, and even delivered noodles to the table; during my stay, it rained and I left my shoes by the window. When I came back, I found that they had been washed and dried by the housekeeping lady, and there was a note next to them. The enthusiasm and attentiveness of the hotel waiters make guests feel the warmth of home in an unfamiliar environment.

I simply have to rave about this hotel's soundproofing! The air conditioning runs so quietly you completely forget it's there, allowing me to sleep soundly and wake up naturally every single day. This level of sound insulation is truly unforgettable – once you've experienced it, you won't want anything less. When it comes to quietness, this hotel is a true standout. Not only is the overall soundproofing incredibly effective, but even the doors have excellent seals. What truly amazed me was that my room was directly above the hotel restaurant, yet it remained absolutely silent when it needed to be – truly exceptional! I'm beyond satisfied with the soundproofing here. My entire stay was peaceful and comfortable, and I've already added this hotel to my list of go-to places.

Great location within the city with the addition of the two small lakes and perimeter boardwalks. Lots of beauty on the walls. Breakfast is expansive and covers a small western offering including coffee. Salad items as well as Fresh fruit and cooked vegetables. Mix individual noodles, dumplings, mushrooms, veggies to create your own flavoured hot breakfast. Pastries and sweeter items for those who need the hit!😁 Good compact gym for the keen plus a laundry with washing machines and dryer. Full laundry service available or partial, you choose. We stayed twice, with a trip out of Fuzhou mid-week, both rooms were quiet and serene, large comfy bed, crisp sheets and a couple of pillow types to choose from. (You can buy crisp new bedding and pillows to take home from the lobby, if desired). I liked the operability of the windows that allows fresh air to enter and refresh the rooms plus closes tight to exclude outside noises for a tranquil sleep. It even has a robot that delivers your take-out (online orders) to your door, including beer ( if you order it😁) plus delivered a bottle opener to open the beer 👍👍 Good service and staff very friendly. Will return next visit.

The room isn't huge, but it's very well laid out and equipped with everything you could need. One small quibble: why was the hairdryer nozzle stored separately instead of being kept with the hairdryer in its bag? The only piece of furniture missing was a coffee table. This made it difficult to brew tea comfortably, as using the desk felt too high and formal for a relaxing tea-making session. This might not suit business guests, many of whom enjoy brewing tea. On the plus side, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the toiletries had a scent I really enjoyed. The disposable amenities were also of good quality.

The hotel was located very close to the metro station, and with walking distance to the Sanfang Qixiang and shopping malls area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great with many varieties of food. My parents and I get a small gift each from them when checked out of hotel.
