The customer service was excellent. The refrigerator in our room did not work. There were bugs inside of the light fixtures in the bathroom as well as in the entryway entrance into the bedroom and the bathroom had a lot of rust.

Breakfast was AMAZING. The room was clean and tiny, extra towels provided. Family enjoyed it.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The only issue i had was continental breakfast was not as good as I thought it was going to be. All the eggs had cheese. The pancake maker was broken. So my choices were not very healthy. Coffee was good. I would stay here again despite the small issues with breakfast

Elevator was broken so we had to hike up four flights of stairs with luggage and our room was right in front of the staircase that everyone else had to hike up so we heard the door slam all night long. Seems like there would be some sort of discount for this. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Check in was a bit challenging. The lamp in the first room didn't have an outlet to be plugged into so we were given a long extension cord to string accross the room. Also, the TV didn't work. Eventually, we were given a different room that was better.

We were traveling from New York to Florida and needed a hotel room for the night. We were pleasantly surprised at Holiday Inn Express. It was clean, convenient and the staff accommodating and friendly.
