room was very dirty, bedsheet, and bathroom was not good, and the behaviour of owner was worst, he took money for early checking and next day he pressurised to leave room on same checkin time even I gave her extra money 🤑

Cooperative manager and staff. Food is not provided by sivam hotel so room is good condition location near gaya junction.

Budget guest house, only issue was cleanliness. Room was dusty and commode was dirty. Owner was rude talking person but manager was good.
