Honestly expected better from this resort accommodation since my friends recommended to stay here. The staff were not attentive or even showing us kind hospitality. They were a bit snobbish and when we went for a massage in their massage center, instead of us relaxed at the end of our trip, my boyfriend experienced a knotted shoulder instead. I am of Filipino descent but didn’t grow up in the country and have different passport, when checking in, the staff asked me for a valid ID in Filipino but of course I presented my passport but she rolled her eyes at me the minute she saw that o have a passport than her assumed “ Valid ID “. I just felt so much bitterness or judgment from all the staff here because English is my native language and I barely speak Filipino growing up and in my daily life so their attitude completely changes towards me cause they think I’m just pretending or being pretentious.

Our stay at Siargao Island Villas was truly exceptional. You definitely get your money’s worth here. The staff were approachable and helpful with our concerns, even assisting us in making a greeting card for my mom’s birthday surprise. The hotel is strategically located near restaurants and shops that are must-visits when you’re in General Luna. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. Our breakfast experience was delightful since they serve Halal food. The amenities were also excellent, particularly the gym, pool, and beachfront view. I would suggest that they provide two key cards per room, as it can be inconvenient for guests to have only one. Nevertheless, I highly recommend booking your stay at this hotel when you visit Siargao.

Stay away from here. They serve disgusting coffee at the breakfast buffet so you are forced to pay extra for an Americano etc to have a decent coffee. Plumbing was screwy with flush not working. As we were leaving they tried to charge us for so called "stains" on the white bedsheets. It was just 2 tiny spots of chocolate cream from some cookies my kids were eating. Hardly a "stain" and easily cleaned in a washing machine. They desperately wanted to hit us with a fee for that though. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

Good service from the staff especially Samantha's assistance during typhoon Tino. The complimentary dinner was a god send during the peak of typhoon with restaurants all closed.

This hotel was one of the most expensive and at the same time the worst in Philippines. The management is just focused on financial benefits by pressing the last cent out of their customers. In the room is a penalty fee list. That shows the mindset of these people. Unfriendly, incompetent and ignorant. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

great space and location. amazing landscape. would be great if resort reconsiders to change to sun beds that go flat. more pool and beach toys for kids.

First time in Siargai and i soo love the place. This hotel is perfect for my family, the location is exactly what my children are looking for, the staff are friendly and respectful, room is big.

I had an amazing stay at the Siargao Island Villas. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was great and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Amy at reception was absolutely lovely and helpful. The spa was also great, the only thing was that our massage started at 9:30 even though our appointment was for 9:00. The room was very comfortable and spacious, definitely worth the money spent. The only improvement would be to have sheets that don't have stains. Overall I had a great stay and will 100% stay here again. Highly recommend it.

Perfect location and amazing staff

Siargao Island Villas was an amazing place to stay. It was close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. You can hire a bike and book some good day trips at receptions. We will definitely come stay there again.
