Guys attention!
Don’t ever book this apartment hotel, the owner of this place is a ****, I have been booking lots of hotels and airbnb, they want us to clean the room by ourselves, they took us 300$ bond and deduct 140$ for cleaning fee, and they still insisted that he have a policy that we need to clean the property by ourselves, super bad service and attitude to costumer, I won’t book this condo ever again!!
Response from Property: Hi Phoy,We got back from cleaners that you left the room very messy & dirty, even has pool messed on quilt & sheets. That’s has extra cleaning cost of 60 dollars & replacing cost of 80 dollars for the sheets & quilt made up of total 140 dollars will deduct from your security bond unfortunately. We still not yet counting for our labour cost for replacing the sheets. Please find all the photos detailed of messy & dirty that attached sent to your phone number that you provided.Kind Regards Albert

The location of this serviced apartment was excellent, situated right on top of the new Glen shopping center. This was incredibly convenient for our stay. However, the overall experience was a mixed bag.
While the apartment itself was newly designed and modern in style, the maintenance and upkeep left something to be desired. The kitchen cabinetry was not properly cleaned, the dining table showed signs of wear and tear, and the bedding and closet hangars had a light layer of dust. The shower pressure also randomly dropped to a trickle at times, which was quite frustrating.
The check-in process was also unnecessarily complicated. Instead of a straightforward hotel-style check-in, we had to coordinate with the individual owner by phone to retrieve the key outside the apartment. This added an extra layer of hassle upon arrival.
On the plus side, the apartment layout and amenities were generally quite nice when functioning properly. And the location, situated right above the shopping mall, was undoubtedly a major perk.
Overall, this serviced apartment has potential, but the lack of consistent quality and maintenance, as well as the cumbersome check-in process, detracted from an otherwise positive stay. I would recommend exploring other options in the area that can provide a more seamless and reliable hospitality experience.

1.. The most serious problem, near the door room, the mattress is broken, sunk a big hole.
2.. The second most serious problem, there are a large number of mites in the house, the drawers are stored insecticide water, allowing the tenant to exterminate the pests themselves. If you are kind enough, hire a pest control company to get rid of pests!

4.. Upon arrival I learned that it was a rental room, pretending to be a hotel, no receptionist, no door to call.
