Quality Inn & Suites on the River

Our room was very clean. We were surprised with how clean it was. The breakfast was excellent! Overall, it was a great experience. We'll be back!

Floors dirty, but it had rained and lots of mud. Seems like they could clean the halls more but no biggie. Everything else great.

Seemed a little old as far as the building. Front desk just wants to get you checked in. Friendly enough but don't expect any chatting. The view from the room was very nice but that's because of the river so nothing the property did

They don’t tell you how you have to call a day before to get house keeping and they don’t even go if you call. They don’t have a store are the ones hotels have to buy drinks and food. The breakfast was mid.

Due to posted signs it is obviously a high crime area. The hotel itself is in bad condition and not being maintained. An electrical outlet with exposed wires was laying on the floor in the breakfast nook area. Not sure if owners don’t care or can’t get it fixed. Hotel staff was good and that is the only reason I would give more than one star.

The property was advertised with a hot tub, you get there and lo and behold. No hot tub The lock on our room was not functioning properly when you leave the room the door lock would not engage with our a fair amount of messing with it, we contacted the desk and the made it serviceable , how ever I did not trust it to lock , always check it before you leave The room was riverside and clean, breakfast was really reasonable , coffee machine was broken when we arrived and fixed well enough to use at breakfast Straight up this room was not worth what we paid for it. IMHO. The beds being firm and the pillows made up for some of the short comings. Also the Amtrak train rolls thru at 1:30 am and trust me you will know. Other than that 3 to 4 stars, people were very pleasant but there is only so much you can do when the MGMT company does not have maintenance onsite. 24-7 If you advertise a hot tub please make sure it is actually functional. Access to call about the problem was not easy and ******* takes some bad marks for not having easy communication to service agents when needed. ,

Couple nights no water upon arrival. Did not appear dirty yet room was not completely picked up, photo. More stuff under bed edge on floor oh the fridge smells of leftovers.

My stay at Quality Inn & Suites On the River in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, was quite enjoyable. The cleanliness was commendable, and its easy access to Glenwood Springs, attractions, and restaurants made exploring the area a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the ample and safe parking was a convenience. While the pool and hot tub were closed for refurbishing during my visit, I look forward to returning once the renovations are complete. A solid four-star experience with anticipation for an even better stay in the future!

Very nice desk lerson, so friendly and personable. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good also. Only thing was the pool was closed , dangit
