Lobby: The hotel lobby boasts modern decor. The restaurant, designed in an Arabian style, features white walls and intricate carvings, offering a beautiful and refined aesthetic. Rooms: Both the rooms and corridors are predominantly white, exuding an elegant decor. Service: The service was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was fluent in English, friendly, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. When our room wasn't ready upon arrival, they kindly offered us two complimentary drinks at the hotel lounge. Once the room was prepared, he personally delivered the key card to us. Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location. Stepping out and turning left, you'll find yourself directly in the city center, an area bustling with restaurants, shops, and tourists. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the El Corte Inglés department store. Right next door, there's a chain brunch spot called 'Granada Artisan.' It offers fair prices, and two people can have a filling meal for 10 to 20 Euros – definitely worth trying. However, be aware that the staff's English isn't strong, so knowing some basic Spanish for ordering would be beneficial. For visits to the Alhambra Palace, it's advisable to take a taxi or public bus, as the path leading up to it is a steep incline, making the walk quite tiring.

Hotel conveniently placed. Gorgeous room with private terrace. All mod cons. Went up to Heaven on the 7th floor for a Cuba Libra! Fantastic views. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Valet took our car away too - lovely man. Definitely highly recommended. Love to come back.

a modern hotel which last renovated less than 3 years. Nice style of room decorations but already obvious wear and tears in the room. travelling as couple and also giving early notice in making the room booking like everywhere we travelled, front desk wasn’t able to offer a double bed and was sent down to room upgrade option straight away for this type of request at check-in. the wife wasn’t happy at all. location is in walking distance to centro area and near bus stops.

The hotel is brand new, and the decor, bedding, and bathrooms are all fantastic. The location is also superb. The only minor drawback was the slightly small room, but otherwise, everything was excellent. Highly recommend!
