Good location, walking distance to ancient city, people's park and malls. Comfy bed and good spread for breakfast. 

Cons - noise from the road and opposite night spot with loud music on some nights.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

The hotel has free parking, a large room, and is not far from the ancient city. It costs less than 10 yuan to take a taxi. It is very good for transit to Tashi County the next day. The breakfast is also very rich. You can see the mountains in the distance at the breakfast place, which is very spectacular. The free airport pick-up is very convenient. The airport security guard is very enthusiastic. He took our luggage as soon as he saw us. The service is superb.

It's a real profit to stay in such a cost-effective hotel at this price. Whether it's the environmental sanitation or the service, I really can't say anything about it. I stayed with my children for 5 days. When I checked in, the front desk asked me if I needed children's slippers. What a surprise. They also enthusiastically upgraded my room for me. The room had good lighting. It’s also convenient to call a taxi downstairs, although I almost always take a taxi. And the time to get to the key attractions is relatively average, and it doesn't take more than 30 minutes by taxi without traffic jams. The laundry room is praised, and the gym next to it is also good. While waiting for the clothes to be washed and dried, it is also a good choice to exercise if you still have the energy. And eating is very convenient. There are many ethnic food restaurants next to it, and the noodle shop opposite is where children especially like to go in the morning. I have recommended it to many friends and will choose this hotel next time I go to Kashgar.

Good location, convenient to go out; the front desk service is warm and professional, the processing speed is fast; the room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, the view is wide; the breakfast is rich and delicious.

Front desk are friendly and good service. Provide luggage storage 1 day before stay, give bottles water for free at reception. Hotel wit gym and washing machine and dryer. Highly recommend and will stay again. Good price too😊👍👍👍

The facilities are quite modern, featuring smart amenities and even a little robot that navigates the elevator on its own. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything is tidy. The breakfast spread was impressively varied and plentiful. They offer ample free parking, which is a great bonus. The location is very convenient, being close to the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Temple of Heaven, the Museum of Ancient Architecture, and Bairong Shopping Mall. Even in traffic, a taxi ride to these spots takes only about 20 minutes; otherwise, it's just over ten minutes. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel booked was very comfortable. The little brother at the front desk gave us a room. Every staff member's service attitude was very good. The price is very high. It is recommended to book people who come to Happy Valley. It is very convenient. The sanitation is very clean. The surrounding environment is very good. The service attitude is very good. The small robot is very cute. You don't need to go down to take out. The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a good location, the room cleaning staff is also very kind, the younger brother and sister at the front desk are very warm, the room price is very affordable, cost-effective! Not only was it a comfortable and pleasant stay, but there were fireworks on the earth. This is my evaluation of this hotel, awesome! The new hotel facilities are very new, clean and hygienic, very recommended!

Facilities: The room is spacious enough, especially the large French windows. The facilities are very user-friendly and functional, with dry and wet separation, a retractable clothesline in the shower room, and a shoe bench at the entrance, which can also be used as a changing bench when taking a shower. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, the sofa is also very comfortable, and there is a large dining table.
Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, and the appliances are all new.
Service: The staff are very warm and friendly, the robot is super cute, and the airport pick-up service is very convenient. If I live near the airport in Chongqing in the future, I will always stay here.

It's very close to the high-speed rail station, about a three- or four-minute walk, which is very convenient for those who need to catch a train. The environment is nice and spacious, and the front desk lady was very friendly! The room we were originally assigned had no windows and was very far from the elevator. Since we had to get up before dawn to catch the train, it was not convenient, so we asked for a different room, and they were very friendly!

We received a complimentary room upgrade, and the service was excellent. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless. As for the location, it's absolutely unbeatable – the subway station is literally right outside the door, there are tons of fantastic eateries nearby, and it's very close to all the popular tourist attractions.

I enjoyed my 6 week stay in Green Oriental Hotel,  The staff was very friendly. Breakfast had very good variety.  Location was very suitable as it was walking distance to the subway and malls and coffee shops.  I stayed here in 2019 for 4 weeks and was very happy to say here agsin in 2024.
